Indigo Airlines — Harassment by ground staff | |||||
My daughter Tamalika was traveling from Kolkata to Dehradun and she was harassed by lady ground staff in such a way that she started crying.she is student of class 12 and minor.Then she was not allowed to board the flight and was asked to buy tickets for the next flight which was not possible for her.This is second time she has been harassed by Indigo staff. Just now I am speaking with your phone banker and tell them to arrange a call with your seniors. But still I am in hold for last 50 minutes.
This kind of services we are expecting from your team.
