Indigo Airlines — i was not allowed to board my flight which was 20 minutes delayed | |||
Hi team, I have been coordinating with indigo all along and now they are making me run around in circles. (Booking no[protected] I was not allowed to board my flight on 11 sept at the mumbai airport. I need a refund for the same as even though the flight was delayed by 20 minutes. I was not allowed to check-in inspite of requesting several times. I had even checked in online and had a valid working visa to the country i was traveling to. I was at the airport at 6.30 sharp and delayed as my mother got hospitalized at the last minute and however reached on time just to check in and board my flight. They never allowed me to check-in my luggage nor did they hurry me to security like all the other airlines normally do, instead they were convincing me to pay 20000 extra and board the next flight which was ridiculous. Do fund back my money as soon as possible which will be charged by mee on the date of departure for extra baggage Its completely the fault of the avaiation team not mee. Soo i hope for your indeed cooperation on a students request. Its a harrasment for student
