Dear Indigo Team, I Am Sorry To Bring To Your Kind Notice That On 14th Feb 2015 Total 7 Of My Team Had To Go To Bombay(Mumbai) And we Booked Your Flight No.6E 319. Vide Pnr No. Ny3Rqt. We Had Reached The Counters At 4.50 Am And Boarding Pass Was Issued before 5:10 AM, After Getting Security Check Where Due To Huge Rush And Long Line We Could Able To Manage And Rush To Board Flight By 5:30 Am, Whose Dep Date And Time Was 14th Feb 2015 For 5.50 Am. Your ground staff was very rude; they harassed me and also misbehaved at the airport. Even after knowing that I have my baggage was security checked. They did not let me check-in. This was a really terrible and horrifying experience for us and we caused a lot of stress and mental pressure on us as we requested to board the flight which was not yet started to allow, he was so rude, un-human and in-descent attitude of INDIGO staffer who was not even attending to us and was discussing with his colleagues related to some general topic .. You are requested to kindly refund my money or issue me a ticket for tomorrow's travel or a ticket voucher in lieu of the above mentioned ticket in order to restrain me from taking a legal stand against your airline. We are going to take action on this and going to file a legal case on this, before proceeding to legal case we though to bring to your kind notice for any support for the damage happened .. Highlighted Points – · We were on time in Airport .. · We were issued boarding pass on time i.e. before 5:10 AM · We reached in the security check at before 5:15 AM (Held up at security for around 15 minutes) · Dep Date And Time Was 14th Feb 2015 For 5.50 Am, Indigo Staff said flight door was close, · How could before 20 Min door will be closed ... · We were requesting that we are total 7 Members and all have to attend important Management meet · Staff was reluctant and rude and discussion some personnel issues with their colleague rather facilitating us and wasting time.. · We have to take other flight i.e. Air India by spending more than 14700/- per head to attend a meeting, but we were still got late to and were penalised by company for the same ... · We are going to file a legal case for the damage ..
