Indigo Airlines — indigo does not refund me the full amount

Hi,
I have booked flight from amazon and the date of journey is 10th april.
But due to lockdown, the tickets got cancelled.
And according to government policy i should get the total refund but indigo has charged the airline cancellation charges and refund just a small amount.

I want the total refund as per the policy.
