[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — indigo ticket not booked but amount deducted and refund not done | |
Booked two tickets on 10th June 2019 for an international journey through ICICI net banking. Transaction was successful and amount INR 22798 got deducted but ticket was not booked successfully. On inquiry, indigo said there is no such booking done. Indigo is saying that your bank will revert the amount and they are denying about the receipt of said amount. I booked another ticket for the same passenger through same channel and this time it got successful and again amount got deducted and ticket is generated. When and How will I get the refund for my first transaction. Awaiting response and resolution for the same. Was this information helpful? | |
