[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — misbehaviour of cabin crew ms ashwani on flight no6e339

Pnr kh3ina. Behaviour o[censored]r cabin crew ms aswani is not up to the mark. C has taken more time to deliver the items. He charged more though i paid by my credit card. I used the same card from kolkata to chennai on 26th may and of rs 160/- for cost of 2 coffee but today c charged rs 200/-. Pl let me know the reason. Another suggestion is that ask ur cabin crew not to behave like a ration shop. As no passenger in not able to leave flight without paying the bill. So they should behave properly. As i am traveling by indigo not free of cost. Hope i wl get a response. My mail id is [protected]@gmail

In addition to above just now ms priyanka called me for this issue aqn when i ask her the reason, she said that policy of payment through credit card has been changed from 2.6.18. Pl provide the circular for the same. I will take up this issue ministry of aviation.

Indigo service is very poor . I travelled with a foreigner and the flight was continuously delayed and I felt bad as it's a matter of shame for the country that Indian domestic flights will be delayed continuously.

Please have a look at the matter and try to manage time
