Team Indigo, This in regards to BLR-RPR flight scheduled for 5:30 AM[protected] BLR departure. I Mr. Syed Yousuff Fahad the passenger was misguided by one of yours staff on boarding a flight. Due to which I've missed my flight. I've already spoken with customer care people and I was asked to put a mail regarding this issue. I make a humble request to refund the full amount on this PNR.
