[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — missing bag

Dear indigo,

This is to bring to your notice that i have filed a complaint about a missing bag with indigo ground staff terminal 2 on aug 12, 2018 which has not been attended to.

I traveled on bengaluru - delhi indigo flight no. 6e 2716, pnr - lm7ujb, seat 5e.

Our luggage was announced to arrive on belt no. 2, and simultaneously (Which i later learned) go air announced arrival of its flight & luggage for passengers available on belt no. 2 and then was shifted to belt no. 1.
One of the go air passengers, whom indigo staff identified, spoke to him over phone and confirmed that he had my bag - was to bring it back. After waiting for an hour i left and indigo ground staff promised to deliver the bag to me at my residence. The bag had my clothes and some valuables.

I have not received any information from indigo staff till today - spoke to the customer helpline twice once with nikita and then with shweta - they promised to revert in an hour but never did. The ground staff also did not share with me the details of the go air passenger. If there was any doubt on the intentions of the goair passenger to return the bag, it should have been communicated to me and i should have filed an fir. Goair also did not bother to contact me. The baggage of the go air passenger that he left behind was left with indigo ground staff.

I am deeply concerned about the way this has been handled. I had filed a complaint ref. No. Del6e18435 - and given my mobile number and the address to contact me. There has been no action so far, that i am informed about.
The careless attitude of both indigo & goair is disturbing and i am left helpless.

I wish a speedy action on this and support from the airlines, i frequently travel. Check your records.

I expect action please.
