I want to purchased a air ticket ex -CCU to BLR of 23/10/18, accordingly I have gone through your mobile apps, After searching choose a flight schedule to report -CCU around 17.15 hrs and reach about 19.55 hrs, as I want to purchase the in favour of my daughter named Dipangana chatterjee, I filled the name and go for payment option, accordingly I have paid rs 6940 from debit card and the bank deducted from my account as they served msg but waiting for that full night (11/7/18) I have not received my ticket or any msg regarding transaction faiure.Now I want my cash immediately return to my account which one deducted by bank and deposited to u .
