Indigo Airlines — Not issuing Boarding Pass even though reaching on time | |||||
I had reached Bengaluru International Airport on 14th May, 2016 at 4.10 PM and was waiting in the Queue for obtaining the Boarding Pass of Indigo Airlines Flight No. 6E 469 departing at 5.20 PM. My Booking Reference Number is R854PC booked on 07th May, 2016 Travelling from Bengaluru to Jaipur with Payment status as Complete. They denied me from obtaining the Boarding Pass and thus not allowing me to Board the Flight and assured me that I can Board the Next Flight at 11.20 PM. Now they are asking me to pay Rs. 6000/- extra for allowing me to Board the next Flight to Jaipur. This type of Loot they are doing Please take action against the Company to safeguard the rights of the Consumers. Indigo Airlines — Broken,tampered luggage
On Indigo airlines flight from Mumbai to Bangalore on 01 Nov. 2015, upon receiving the checkin luggage on the belt, it was observed that the zip was severely tampered, broken requiring major/expensive repair costs.
