Indigo Airlines — not providing the refund for my cancelled flight due to lockdown | |
Hi, this is with regards to cancellation of indigo flight of our booking from mumbai to goa (To &fro), due to current lockdown until 14 april. The indigo team has refused to give refund for my cancelled tickets of 9 april and 12 april and instead providing credit shell which has to be used by 30 sep with same passengers. Now in this lockdown situation how can one expects that he /she would be able to take leave again within 5 months period. I have booked flights with Indigo for 21st March and now have to cancel the flights first indigo told that they will refund around 20% on my card and remaining with vouchers having validity for 6 months. Now they have even stopped that and told me no vouchers. This Iam talking about 14th''March and today is 17th March.
