[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — Not refunding my airfare booked by indigo airlines | |||
Respected Sir/ Madam, I had booked my air tickets via clear trip booking site for indigo airlines 6E 6635 with trip ID[protected] from varanasi to new delhi for 12 of April 2020 with PNR MF9EGV for three passengers namely Ms Himani Shali, Ms Rachna Pandeya and Ms Suman Rani. I was given a text message from indigo airlines on 31st March 2020 that a flight being cancelled due to covid lockdown we will create a credit shell uptill next year. Sir looking at current situation. I won't be able to travel for next year as coronavirus has taken a toll on my health and I am in acute depression . Request you to kindly refund my money back to my account. Please find the ticket with a total fare amount of Rs 6, 567/- attached for your kind perusal. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Aug 02, 2020 IndiGo Customer Care's response Dear Ms. Shali, Please know that the amount is refunded in the travel agency account used to make the booking and the amount will be credited within a week.
