[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — payment issue

Indigo has taken my money and not yet return. I need it with interest. And I need the additional money also which I have paid for another booking. Additional amount is 4800₹. This is the message which I have received from indigo:-
Dear IndiGo Customer, transaction of INR 11511.00 has been initiated under transaction id e2a7218cd[protected]. In case of any delay in status/payment error, we will update you in 15 minutes. Please check your E-mail for detailed information or click on the link http://I9f.in/YGvdfux29i at any time to know your payment status.

Please provide travel certificate of booking reference HILGUX of indigo flight on 05th May 2018 from Kolkata to Lucknow for two passenger soni Singh and ayushi Singh on email ID [protected]@gmail.com.pl tell how to pay for it.
