I ajay singh tried to book tickets for delhi to port blair and return on[protected] on indigo website. I did the payment through canara bank net banking. I got my money deducted and the booking didnt go through. As our flight was at 9:45am we entered the terminal before one hour because of heavy traffic. Indigo staff refused to give the boarding pass. They charged extra 5k for tickets.
This is not the right way to communicate. All this timing problem should be intimated early.

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. Based on our records, you were carrying checked-in baggage of 17 kg which is 2 kg more than the standard baggage allowance. Hence our staff requested for extra baggage charges INR 400 per kg. Hope this clarifies.
