[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — pnr : ciyer // request for change/cancel due to medical reason and airline denied the same and loss of inr 20544

I had booked the flight tickets on 06aug'2017 by contacting group desk of indigo airlines for 12oct'2017 travel date for 16 people with the amount of inr 20544. Under the sixteen people, one person name (Sunita) my mother was not well and she was suffering from lever disease. I had sent request to change the travel date from 12oct to 16nov by waiving off the change fee and forwarded the medical documents as well. But they denied the same and i have not travelled and airline has forfeited the entire amount of inr 20544 and not refunded single penny.
