[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — problem in rescheduling | |||
My pnr number is ffulmq. I'm a frequent flyer of indigo. It's sad to see such poor service from indigo. I rescheduled my return flight on 8/4/18... I paid money also. The transaction status was successful and i could see the amount on indigo site also but my flight wasn't rescheduled. Recently when i called regarding this i was asked to pay more money. And now they say they haven't received the money... Then they say they will refund the money, though the site mentions that the money had been received. It's a pure case of cheating. Indigo is asking for more money for its own fault. Such things are not expected. That's regardless of the fact that that i'm a frequent traveller of indigo. It's really sad.
