You can't force me to take your shell credit. Dgca has not approved this
Shell credit program of your. Please provide the approval from dgca.

Even there is pil field against all this. I will go to the court if
Required if the amount is not refunded.

I don't agree to accept shell credit? I want refund.

Where is it written that you can take customers for ride? It should be
Customers choice to accept your offer you can't decide on your own on your
Terms.

credit. Please don't send me system generated mail. Flight booking for may
3 and return flights for may 8.

you can delay payment provided you pay interest on the amount for the
period of delay. Total amount is 40k.
