Sir i booked a ticket from Guwahaty (gau) to Mumbai journey date 26/sep/2016 on 26/8/16 but could not competed the process and charged amount from SBI debit card NO 519XXX7024 with POS INDIGO at INDIGO txn GU[protected] FOR RS 3707 ON 26/8/16 in this connection a complaint booked in c/care of indigo with complaint no NI3RGS they said the charged amount will be refund in 5-7 working days but today is 9th day but the amount not refunded yet to my account please check and submit a fruitful result . thanks

Updated by krishnnaswamy8 I booked ticket in indigo from guwahati to mumbai on 27/7/16 reservation did not go through and amount got charged from debit card with
Transaction Id:fe64ea5d0ac[protected] for INR 5992.00 please refund the amonut as soon as possible
