[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — refund

Everyone knows about the issue happened at mumbai airport and hyderabad airport on 14th may 2018 on account of hyderabad to chennai flight cancellation.

All chennai passengers were promised at mumbai airport that we shall be provided an alternate flight from hyderabad and we were force to board the flight.

As soon as we landed at hyderabad airport, ms. Shagun had denied in a very rude manner the same and asked us to talk to mumbai airport.
When we contacted the indigo person who promised for arranging an alternate flight from hyderabad, did not respond for any of our calls.

After our fight with ms. Shagun, we were offered a next day flight to chennai which was not possible as my meeting was at chennai on 14th may and my return flight also on the same day.

Then i was forced to take the return flight to mumbai immediately from hyderabad airport and my return ticket (Jet airways) also gone waste.

Then, i was promised by ms. Shagun that i will receive full refund for mumbai to chennai sector in 7 days but i dint receive anything till date.

Attaching the both the boarding passes from mumbai - hyderabad and hyderabad - mumbai.
Hyderabad - chennai boarding pass has been retained by the counter person for refund processes.
