Indigo Airlines — Refund for the amount for ticket cancellation

I have cancelled a ticket of dated 01-dec-2012, and the PNR no is JPSTDF, named Radheshyam Gour, as i have already complained regarding the Refund of amount but my complaint was not clarified.so i kindly request to look after my complaint and my amount as early as possible.
