[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — refund money as stated in your page denied by the agent gondenbird travels pvt ltd

Initially it was 4 persons ticket booked on 27/1/18 for ccu-del-ccu (21/4/18 and 24/4/18) (6e 417 and 6e 615)
Later one ticket was cancelled. Passenger name mrs annapurna bhattacharya.
Got a mail through the agent goldenbird travels where the refund amount shows rs 6492.
Now the agent says the refund amount is only 492 and sent me a page without having the letterhead of indigo.
I want to know from indigo what is the actual refund they have given.
