Indigo Airlines — Refund not being issued | |
Sir/Ma'am, I booked my ticket from delhi to bhubaneswar on 2 dec, 2016 for 23th jan 2017. I paid through net banking.The amount has been deducted from my account but I had not got any confirmation of my reservation. I dont have the booking reference and no itineary. The mail from indigo says u will be refunded in 4 days if tickets are not booked and its been 4 days . when are u refunding the money? I will be thankfull if you kindly look into it.
