[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Refund Not Received

Complaint against M/s. Travolook. regarding my refund awaited for INR 7311 since last 30 days against their cancellation REF[protected] dt 19 FEB '21 . Sir, In reference to above, it may be informed that I had searched on website on dated19/2/021 for my flight booking from DEL – SRINAGAR rS.7311- were paid by me on Travel Look agency website thro' HDFC Net banking. However, the same was cancelled by Travel Look with reason of fare expiration by Indigo vide travolook REF[protected] . In this regard, it may be informed that refund for the same is still awaited even one month. I have already sent 13 reminders to Travel Look at their customer support email mentioned below. Each time they have acknowledged that the refund will be processed for payment within 7-10 days. view of above, you are kindly requested to intervene and resolve the issue regarding my refund of Rs, 7311/- only.
