[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — refund - overcharged

I have strong complaint against indigo for what has happened at hyderabad airport yesterday dated 20th may 2019

What we need?
1) refund of full amount of rs. 4500 paid towards difference the booking amount after the flight were rescheduled.
2) refund of rs. 25000 towards mental agony & torture due to indogos mismanagement at hyd on 20th may

Case?
The initial boarding for hyd-bom 1725hrs 20th may was from gate #24
We reached 2hrs prior to take off & got our boarding pass at exactly 1600hrs
We were seated at gate 24 since then as printed & guided by indigo staff at counter before security.
At the last moment the gate was changed to 105 & we were not informed. I'm least bothered how other passenger go through.
I got a call at exactly 1721hrs when we were already arguing with indigo indeciplined staff.
I even got a msg stating your gate is 24

My question?
1) is, indigo could have called those passengers who missed to board even 25minutes of gate closure. Why did they called at 1721hrs just to have it in records?
Moreover, she wasn't polite enough to share the alternative.
2) none of the indigo staff was there at counter 24 to guide the passengers about changes. (Check cctv)
3) no proper sms even the last minute sms was for gate 24 (Attached)
4) we were carrying one 5years old child & an infant who were troublesome because of your mess.
5) not only we but also other 2passengers have missed the flight because of same reason.
All my details are mentioned below & let me know if you can't proceed with the refund within 7days so can escalate the case through legal & consumer forum.
