[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — refunding | |||||
I booked the flight from delhi to varanasi on 25th jan. Flight timing was 8:15 am however it was delayed by 1hour and they didnt give me the information about flight delay. I cancelled it on 10:36 am by makemytrip as i booked from makemytrip. They refused to give refund as i raise the request after three hours. And their customer executive didn't know how to talk with the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
