Indigo Airlines — Ticket not booked but amount debited and till date no refund | |||||
My Account was debited on 12th Oct 16 for ticket booking from Mumbai to Raipur but unfortunately ticket was not booked and till date payment is not refunded or credited to my account. I called several times to Indigo customer care but after giving details to them they could not give me proper reason for no refund and disconnect the call. i do not expect such response from such airlines. Henceforth i am not going to book a flight from Indigo airlines. Was this information helpful? | |||||
