[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — ticket was cancelled without notice.

I had booked the ticket for 02 passengers for indigo flight by tajawal agency (Dubai) pnr no: sjfstw. Travel date - 01 dec 2019, time: 19.05 from kochi to dubai. When we asked for boarding pass in kochi airline counter, indigo staff said this ticket was cancelled on 18 nov 2019. We contacted immediately the travel agency with whom this ticket booked and they said this ticket was cancelled on 18 nov 2019 by indigo airline. We immediately contacted indigo and they said the ticket was cancelled by the website (Customer) which is wrong, also there is no email communication or phone calls were not happend regarding this cancellation.

Due to which i had to book my new ticket with spicejet at the last minutes (Just 3hrs before departure) for aed 1199.01 approx for 02 passengers. It was a huge loss for us as we were travelling after the annual leave from home. I tried to call indigo much time and they keep blaming the customer every time, which made frustrated and disappointed in the service.

This is not acceptable and i need refund from indigo for my spent money for old ticket and new ticket which is total aed 1955.61. (756.60 +1199.01) to my account urgently.

Please know that the booking was cancelled over the website and all the credentials have to mention at the time of making any changes to the booking. Also, the IP address for the same is already shared by our customer relations team in the trail mail. Further, you may write on the same trail mail for more clarification.
