Indigo Airlines — Travel Certificate not yet received | |
Hi, I booked air ticket in indigo. I lost my boarding pass and i need to submit it in office. So i am trying to apply for travel certificate from indigo air lines. So this complaint is about that. I am trying to request for travel certificate but it is showing error: please enter correct email address. I tried correct mail ids, but showing the same. To submit the legal complaint is a work of the individual.
There are no proves of any connection with Indigo air carrier, visible from such type of the complaint.
The India's Central Government created the chaotic structure of the supervision of the customers complaints.
The authorities which have to be in access for the passenger in the complaining proceedings, pursuant to the Code of the civil procedure, are:-
Ministry of Civil Aviation as a part of the Central Government,
Department General of Civil Aviation,
pursuant to the Code of the criminal procedure, are:-
the Police office of the magistrate (city/village/state), where the passenger residing in case of the complete signs of crime on the side of a particular employee of the Central Government or of the private company,
if the injured passenger is able to demonstrate such signs in F.I.R - a starting point of the interactions between the police officer as a representative of the Central Government and a victim, wherein the duplicate of original copy has to be returned to the submitter - India's national or NRI by the police officer, who had filled F.I.R. for the decision on merits (Article 154 of the Code of Criminal procedure, 1973).
