Hi indigo team,

I have traveled with indigo airlines on date 07-jul-2018 (Pnr-mb86qs) and on 06-mar-2018 (Pnr-ichpmm) and i have lost my boarding pass for clam purpose.

Now i am trying to generate travel certificate but i am continuously getting below error.

Error: error: please enter correct email address.

Could you please send me the travel certificates for these travels.

IndiGo Customer Care's response Hi Premanshu,

Travel certificate is issued to the passengers who have completed their travel, however, the reservation under PNR number ICHPMM is closed as a no-show. Hope it clarifies.
