[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — travel certificates | |||
Hi indigo team, I have traveled with indigo airlines on date 07-jul-2018 (Pnr-mb86qs) and on 06-mar-2018 (Pnr-ichpmm) and i have lost my boarding pass for clam purpose. Now i am trying to generate travel certificate but i am continuously getting below error. Website: https://dbusinessapps.goindigo.in/TravelCertificate/homepage.aspx Error: error: please enter correct email address. Could you please send me the travel certificates for these travels. Nov 4, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved IndiGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 03, 2018 IndiGo Customer Care's response Hi Premanshu, Travel certificate is issued to the passengers who have completed their travel, however, the reservation under PNR number ICHPMM is closed as a no-show. Hope it clarifies.
