[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — unethical behaviour | |
I had to miss my indigo flight (6e 822) on 7th april, 2019 due to malpractice and callous behaviour of the airline staff in the airport. I had reached on time and i was issued the boarding pass, but was denied entry at the boarding gate although more than 20 minutes was still left for the departure. Normally they don't start boarding before 20 minutes of departure, but on that particular day they started boarding 50 minutes before departure and announced final call at more than 35 minutes before departure. This i have never seen before. Many other persons also missed the flight. I complained to the airline but i was told that since i was late, it was my fault so i was denied entry and no refund was provided. Was this information helpful? | |

I got message for Shine.com that there are some openings and contact this number [protected]. The person explained me about openings and said that I've to Pay INR 2000 as refundable security deposit in case i got selected for Face to face interview. Please advice if is it genuine one.
