Since i did not have hard copy requested the indico checkin counter to print my boarding pass which i did web checkin. It was rejected telling the gate is closed. Regards Team IndiGo Verified Support Apr 16, 2019 IndiGo Customer Care's response Hi Arun, We have got this checked with our team, the late reporting was the only reason we couldn't accept them on the same flight. Please know our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. however, keeping in mind the nature of our operations it's not always possible for us to accept passengers reporting after counter/boarding gate closure.
