IndiGo — amazon refund issues

I ordered a bag from amazon.in amounting rs.1599.. I returned it due to some issues... It is mentioned as refunded on amazon website... But i didn't receive my refund yet... And the reference number is 579814.. Pls help.. I ordered it on 03.09.2018... Refund must be reflected on 16.09.2018.. Which is still pending... No response from the bank side.. So pls take action
