I have booked the ticket of 6E-698 flight of Indigo from New Delhi to Jaipur dated 6th may, 2022 but the same I have cancelled before the 5 hours of departure of flight but the amount of refund has not been credited till now in my account.
Fare: 4631/-
Deduction: 2012/-
Refund amount: 2619/-

    Food quality

    Ate chicken junglee sandwich and paneer sandwich in flight from Srinagar to Delhi (flight name:6E 216) which caused extreme food poisoning. This is absolutely unacceptable and would have been totally avoided if the staff did regular food quality checks.This shows how little indigo staff care about customers and are more for gaining easy money....

    Lost my passport and never got it back

    My passport was in my bag when I boarded the flight. It was NOT in my bad when I landed in Delhi.

    The flight PNR number was WWB63G. It was a flight from Bangalore to Delhi.

    My Passport number was: N0201361

      Hello team IndiGo.

      I boarded flight 6E 6502 on 31/05/2022 and opted for an airport check-in. Unfortunately, I lost my boarding pass few days after the travel and later on applied for travel certificate by paying an online fee of 300/-.

      However, I have not received the travel certificate yet even after the completion of payment.

      My booking reference is NUB2TE.

      This delay in retrieving my documents even after the completion of payment is severly problematic.

        Sir, we have been facing this issue regularly when we have to do web-check-in. Firstly we are paying dynamic rates for flight ticket and web-check-in is mandatory which does not allow us to proceed with paying for the seat. This is an unfair practice.

          I booked an air ticket after paying online through the IndiGo portal. Received and e-mail itinerary number after booking. But surprisingly, the IndiGo booking page continued to show the "PAY NOW" blue button even after I received the payment confirmation from my bank. Now, 12 hours have already passed. I have neither received any payment confirmation from IndiGo, nor the Air Ticket confirmation. At least the amount should be refunded immediately if they have cancelled the booking (as it is now displayed on the PNR checking page. No refund so far...

            For PNR JUTQPR, ticket was booked through Indigo website and GST details were provided while booking the ticket, however the same have not been included by Indigo in Invoice.

            Request for providing proper GST invoice was sought through:
            1. Email through which invoice was received: No response from Indigo

                  I have lost checked in baggage while travelled from Bhubhaneswar to Chennai in indigo. I have filed a complaint at baggage claim desk after I recognise that the bag was missing. As the staff promised to deliver bag to my home, I left the airport. But till now, I didn't get my bag back nor any satisfactory response from airline. I didn't get proper response from airline customer care and also for the mail.
                  I got one mail for compensation of 3000 but I m not convinced and replied the same via email. After that I didn't get any mail from airline. What can I do to get my bag?Please help me.

                      I was in flight and during meal service my skin was burnt as hot water meal was on my leg and there were no medical support provided nor the cleaning was done. I have to sit for 1hr 50min on flight with burning skin and wet jeans. I was feeling totally uncomfortable and no response was there from flight staff.
                      I want an action against indigo pilot was Rahul shah attendant were amylee, Shruti or compensation from indigo.

                      And this incident was due to air hostesses amylee. As she was not able to handle meals properly.

                        I have traveled from HYDERABAD to Singapore with Indigo flight with four check in baggages.i have paid extra for execc lauggage also. When I received my bags at Singapore airport I found some bags are damaged and I didn't raise any issue with the airport authority. And I got realsied all the my trollys are broken and even items inside the bags were also broken. I have raise the same with Indigo through mail and they responded that that won't do nothing for me.
                        And I'm really disappointing with their response, so I'm giving the compliment here to consider my issue. All my trolly bags were damaged and not able use to my next travel. I have photos as proof. Please consider my issue and do needful.

                          What going on the flight time is frst 10:45 thn it delay 11:25 the 12:00 then it now 12:30 r u mad or what dum

                          If passeger come late so no ll help us flight ll never wait
                          I need to go urgently your Are reponsible for my problm very bad service i ll never fly again in indigo very cheap service if you hve technical issue so arrange another fight or refund. For new booking go to hell thrid class sérvice you provide ### indigo services

                            Lost item on flight

                            We boarded a flight no.6E 472 on 18th June 2022 from Kochi to Bangalore at 9:15 pm to 10:15 pm. We seem to have lost a brown credit card box made of leather on the plane. This leather box had several credit and debit cards in it. Please help us find it. Below are our details.

                            Dear sir, I'm Aysha Akter Sarna.I had a flight in Indigo at 20th june 12:30 p.m Hyderabad to Dhaka.Flight number was 6E1931.I lost a file with some important documents of mine which included a chemotherapy protocol, an under treatment letter, vaccination certificate of mine and my husband Mr Sefatullah, photocopy of passport o[censored]s, photocopy of visa, health declaration form, NOC of our office, leave certificate of our office(I'm an employee of Bangladesh krishi bank) etc.Our passport no is A03107594 and BY0287719.Our visa no is VL 6101986 and VL 6101987.
                            The documents are very important for me because there was my chemotherapy protocol which I need to start today.Without the paper I cant start my chemotherapy.

                              Dear sirs, please be aware that with flight 6E137 from Goa to Mumbai scheduled for 6.45 am on 17 june I, KATSIARYNA STARASTSINA, was going through security check at the Goa airport and when my hand luggage was checked, a few items were considered prohibited and i had to leave them behind as per requirements. I don't have a problem with that, but, unfortunately, apart from those things whole bags with clothes, shoes, presents, personal hygiene things, medicines, iPod and etc were kept by your personnel at the security ( two ladies) and they saw me packing my bag and never gave me back my things. Unfortunately, i was running for the flight and didn't check my bag properly. I see this as keeping things away intentionally and ask you to look into the matter as the ladies on top of that were quite insolent and rude. I would also consider raising this issue in social media for other tourists to be aware of the danger. I desperately need those things as i took a trip to Goa to get certain medication which i am in need of. May you need further information please contact me via email. Thanks.

                                My name is Aditya Pant. I boarded the Indigo flight from Dehradun to Kolkata on 18.06.2022 at 12.10 (booking id- NF7Y7FVJKZVC1RQL8521) with one stop at Delhi airport.
                                This is the condition of our new suitcase which indigo airlines handed over to us after landing. They torn the whole bag from the back and destroyed the whole chain area in the frontside. We were going urgently for some official work. We waited for hours to collect our luggage and then we got our luggage in this worst condition. When we raised complaint at the airport they offered us the voucher which can be used in their flights. We refused to take those vouchers. We don't want those but we want justice. How can a voucher suffice my loss? But they kept ignoring us. No staff listened to us. The refused to accept that they are at fault.They landed us a deaf ear. We requested their head to please help us to raise the complaint. Nobody was polite.This was our new suitcase which contained my precious jewelllery, my office clothes, medicines etc which we can't afford to buy again from somewhere else and these rare medicines are available at specific demand only. This is the condition many people are facing with Indigo airlines. But they still are adamant with their behaviors and activities. I request the concerned person to take the strict against this. As we cant tolerate this behavior and we want justice. Else this will go beyond as we won't stop now.

                                Who is responsible for my loss? We want compensation. We want justice as soon as possible.

                                Why are we facing such problems again and again. We want justice. That's it.
