Firstly when i apply for the job online for airport ground staff one girl called me and she guide me all through the process.. First they ask me to pay for document verification which i paid ₹2500 and after completing the process they ask for offer letter and medical services which they ask ₹5500 which later face to face interview i will be getting back the money.. So i want back my money.. How can i take back my money...

      Indigo flight no. 6E 308 on date 03 July 2022. Luggage booked on name of passenger Shubha Tiwari having seat no. 24B. Red coloured trolley bag has been opened by Indigo ground staff after depositing it to check in luggage.
      One gold ornament priced Rs 8100/- has been stolen from bag. Photo of the ornament is attached for reference. Passenger details and copy of bill will be sent after your confirmation.

        I am V Subramanian, Booked Three ticket to Hyderabad on Indigo Flit . Travel date 3 July 22 - Time 12.00 PM. choice seat selected Paid full . PNR no : OWQ4QG.
        I got call form Air lines 3 July 22 morning 6.30 am, saying 12.00PM flight is cancelled and asked to rebook OR take refund.
        I Re-booked my Thee ticket to Hyderabad . For the same day 3 July 22 revised book time is 17 Hr.
        During Re-booking, Only left our seat are in Window row. I selected the same and completed web-check in. For the same, Indigo Air lien changed me addition Rs 1800 .
        For Air Line fault of cancelation, why i should pay Rs 1800 more. I want refund the extra Rs 1800 . charged by air line.

              Me and my brother had Chicken Junglee Sandwich on flight 6E216 scheduled to depart at 9:35 am from Srinagar and Raipur on 24th June 2022. After reaching Raipur we had severe diarrhea, vomiting and fever for several days which didn't improve and after getting a blood test and Widal test, I have been tested positive for Typhoid, Salmonella typhi. I have lost more than a week to this illness and apart from the medical burden, lost productivity, it has put me and my family through a lot of physical and mental pain. One expects basic hygiene and safety protocols from such a reputable flight and it's alarming to know that these meals can put so many unwitting customers in danger who put their faith blindly.

                We reached airport at 5:50 am and checked-in and reached for onboarding at 6:13 am at Gate 1 where the receptionist denied us entry for flight 6E 227 and had a very rude behaviour for Bangalore to Kolkata flight. Our flight departure was at 6:30 and instead of resolving and sending us to flight they sent us to Gate 13 which lead to loss of crucial time so that we miss our flight and asked us to pay extra charges of about rs 20000 and after lot of there argument with us we were asked to pay 5000 rs and travel from Bangalore to Guwahati and then to Agartala to reach Kolkata. We requested for a direct flight for tomorrow morning for which they denied and asked for more money than 5000 rs for a direct flight to Kolkata next morning. So we ended exiting the airport after so much of mental trauma they gave us.

                    Please note I am following up on this since 21st June 2022 and there is no resolution until now apart from Your case reference number is 4799472 and Your case reference number is 4804384

                    I would like to use the voucher against names : Mrs Anisha Anand Kumar Agarwal, Mr Alkesh Rameshchandra Joshi, Mstr Atharva Agarwal, Ms Isha Bhatt and Mrs Aruna Dinesh Bhatt, travel date will be 15th December 2022 so please provide me voucher with validity that can be used to book ticket for 15th December 2022. I will issue the ticket as soon as I receive the voucher from your end.

                    Please provide the vouchers ASAP as the fare has already been increased.

                    15th December BOM COK 6E5343, previous fare was INR 6888/- per person now it has been increased to 9408/- as I did not receive vouchers.

                    Please note there has been a huge loss already faced because of an airline mistake.

                      Like I gave my interview on 24june and I got shortlisted in pht training in indigo then that day only I got an invitation mail from the hiring department, so I just want to clarify what they usually do why they send invitation mail after we get shortlisted like we have to sit for interview again?
                      Or there will be another rounds!
                      Like in indigo there are only 4rounds then what they will do in the Date for what they send invitation mail.

                            First time unaccompanied minor girl and this character Osama third from right 29/06/2022 didn't have a clue how to board. Initially he said need to go to marhaba, then said credit card issue. Two ladies who sat beside him knowledge transferred that there is no need for marhaba and we need to get forms and indigo would do needful for unaccompanied minors.
                            This character takes over 20 mins keeps us waiting does nothing.
                            A ticket collector or boarding pass issuer had so much arrogance filled with ego. Do question him check the CCTV or video and take action. Bald guy a perfect chauvinist no knowledge on any subject gave all wrong information. He took my credit cards, took his own time saw the CVV number too. A fraud sitting in Dubai terminal 1.
                            Please debar him as he is real fishy.

                              As, i was made to do 20000 as three payments(TO DHEERAJ.BANK NAMED UNION BANK OF INDIA).i did.she told me to do some more as an security deposit i denied it. she used to send me the receipt and i used to pay direct to the bank she mentioned.I requested her to refund the amount she took some week time to do so.i waited though i used to follow up on call.but the call wasnt getting connected.Hence, i tried to complain here.This is the last hope of me to request for refund in a descent way.Thought to register an complain about her.Remembered she used indigo as an name hence thought you people will help me to get refunded my amount back.I have got all her call recordings and her number as well as the bank user id name plus his ifsc code.

                                I was flying from Lucknow to Delhi on 22 June 2022. Flight no.- 6E2072 seat no. 11F. I have availed for CPML option while my booking. It was to my utter shock that none of the crew member cared to serve me for the meal I was entitled for. While she was serving the other passengers and she moved on, I thought she'll come back and then serve me but she didn't. It was highly disappointing as we pay so much more for mere drink and so called snack...

                                I got a fake offer letter

                                I have got acall from indigo iam shortlisted ground staff in kannur international airport. According to their process i have completed phonic interview they charging money 7500 and saying that it is refundable and given me aoffer letter now they ask 15000 for training what can i do pleees help me...

                                My name is Harold Mascarenhas, i travelled yesterday on flight 6E-6149 (from Chennai to Mumbai), during the transit time i unfortunately forgot my handbag below the seat of the KFC Table. After entering the Aircraft i remembered regarding the same and immediately informed the same to the Air Hostess and then to the Indigo Airline staff. But didn't get any assistance from them and just got a cold reply that i need to Log a Complaint in my final destination (Mumbai). In Mumbai i didnt find any assistance neither any counter to log a complaint.
                                The Hand bag was a cream colour hand carry bag with all spices into it. which costed me 2500/- Rs.
