What going on the flight time is frst 10:45 thn it delay 11:25 the 12:00 then it now 12:30 r u mad or what dum

If passeger come late so no ll help us flight ll never wait
I need to go urgently your Are reponsible for my problm very bad service i ll never fly again in indigo very cheap service if you hve technical issue so arrange another fight or refund. For new booking go to hell thrid class sérvice you provide ### indigo services

    Lost item on flight

    We boarded a flight no.6E 472 on 18th June 2022 from Kochi to Bangalore at 9:15 pm to 10:15 pm. We seem to have lost a brown credit card box made of leather on the plane. This leather box had several credit and debit cards in it. Please help us find it. Below are our details.

    Dear sir, I'm Aysha Akter Sarna.I had a flight in Indigo at 20th june 12:30 p.m Hyderabad to Dhaka.Flight number was 6E1931.I lost a file with some important documents of mine which included a chemotherapy protocol, an under treatment letter, vaccination certificate of mine and my husband Mr Sefatullah, photocopy of passport o[censored]s, photocopy of visa, health declaration form, NOC of our office, leave certificate of our office(I'm an employee of Bangladesh krishi bank) etc.Our passport no is A03107594 and BY0287719.Our visa no is VL 6101986 and VL 6101987.
    The documents are very important for me because there was my chemotherapy protocol which I need to start today.Without the paper I cant start my chemotherapy.

      Dear sirs, please be aware that with flight 6E137 from Goa to Mumbai scheduled for 6.45 am on 17 june I, KATSIARYNA STARASTSINA, was going through security check at the Goa airport and when my hand luggage was checked, a few items were considered prohibited and i had to leave them behind as per requirements. I don't have a problem with that, but, unfortunately, apart from those things whole bags with clothes, shoes, presents, personal hygiene things, medicines, iPod and etc were kept by your personnel at the security ( two ladies) and they saw me packing my bag and never gave me back my things. Unfortunately, i was running for the flight and didn't check my bag properly. I see this as keeping things away intentionally and ask you to look into the matter as the ladies on top of that were quite insolent and rude. I would also consider raising this issue in social media for other tourists to be aware of the danger. I desperately need those things as i took a trip to Goa to get certain medication which i am in need of. May you need further information please contact me via email. Thanks.

        My name is Aditya Pant. I boarded the Indigo flight from Dehradun to Kolkata on 18.06.2022 at 12.10 (booking id- NF7Y7FVJKZVC1RQL8521) with one stop at Delhi airport.
        This is the condition of our new suitcase which indigo airlines handed over to us after landing. They torn the whole bag from the back and destroyed the whole chain area in the frontside. We were going urgently for some official work. We waited for hours to collect our luggage and then we got our luggage in this worst condition. When we raised complaint at the airport they offered us the voucher which can be used in their flights. We refused to take those vouchers. We don't want those but we want justice. How can a voucher suffice my loss? But they kept ignoring us. No staff listened to us. The refused to accept that they are at fault.They landed us a deaf ear. We requested their head to please help us to raise the complaint. Nobody was polite.This was our new suitcase which contained my precious jewelllery, my office clothes, medicines etc which we can't afford to buy again from somewhere else and these rare medicines are available at specific demand only. This is the condition many people are facing with Indigo airlines. But they still are adamant with their behaviors and activities. I request the concerned person to take the strict against this. As we cant tolerate this behavior and we want justice. Else this will go beyond as we won't stop now.

        Who is responsible for my loss? We want compensation. We want justice as soon as possible.

        Why are we facing such problems again and again. We want justice. That's it.

            I am booking indigo flight tickets in paytm. cancelled a seat ticket from dubai to delhi flight so airlines initiated a refund amount of 800.inr rupees. But that is not credited to ur account..so, please check it and refunded back to your account

              Flight delayed in Raipur because of which our original flight was changed from delhi. Even though our flight landed 50 min before the next flight they didn't let us board and behaved terribly

                She has lost her Ear Ring in the Flight.

                  On 16 th june I had a flight from Delhi - Banglore- Kannur IndiGo flight 6E 6037 . Land kannur at 3.20pm. but luggage not yet received even after 24 hrs. Indigo customer service giving misleading information and they are not arranging any call backs or email regarding same. Today it's 11.00pm of 17 th June . I still not received my luggage

                    Description:

                    We were travelling to Singapore from Bangalore on the above PNR. In Bangalore no one checked our documents properly and didn't cautioned us that we were not having proper requirement to enter Singapore. We were stopped to enter Singapore and had to return back, Singapore immigration clearly stated it is mistake of airline and they have to take you back to India. Indigo airlines brought us back to Bangalore safely. However, we got mentally disturbed as we were travelling with our two kids and in Singapore we were placed in Immigration custody which was a big mental torture.

                    Indigo also charges us 1, 05, 000 rupees. Over and above we had to cancel our complete plan of 9 days which cost us more than 7, 32, 000 rupees and also overall mental disturbance.

                      I, R.Nagarajalu, residing at Port Blair, Andaman booked two tickets bearing PNR no.JRMMJK & GL8UMP and its booking reference id is FB2504A0CF6A and FB1205ADC95E respectively for New Delhi to Srinagar to travel on 22.05.2022 in Indigo [ 6e]-167. Actually we started our journey from Port Blair on 22.05.2022 to New Delhi by Indigo and the same day to Srinagar by same Indigo flight. After reaching Delhi, I came to know that the Srinagar flight was cancelled . So I approached the Indigo's airport counter at New Delhi as soon as I reached at New Delhi and inquired the alternative flight to Srinagar on the same day or in next day in indigo and they informed that no flight and if required the ticket can be cancelled for refund . since I planned for contentious travel and made some arrangement in Srinagar, I requested the madam who was in the counter on that day [ ie 22.05.2022 at 3.15 PM ] to cancel the ticket and arrange for refund and she informed that payment will be credited with in 7 days. It is to inform that even after lapse of 25 days there is no fruitful action was taken by the Indigo to return the payment. I approached no of time to the costumer care also but there is no responds.

                        Hi Team,
                        We travelled from Delhi to Agartala in Indigo airlines on 16th June 2022. The Indigo airline misplaced our 3 baggage due to which we missed our Train to Dharmanagar. The Indigo airline mentioned that they will reach out to us on next day morning 8:00 AM for the baggage status. We requested the manager for the stay as it was the fault on their part. They denied any kind of stay or assistance on this. Our complete family has to stay overnight in Agartala Hotel for which we need to bear expense from our pocket. We are still waiting for the baggage to arrive in Agartala on 17th June 2022 at 11:00 AM
                        Request your assistance for the below:
                        1. Refund of our Railway ticket money from Airlines
                        2. Provide compensation for our Hotel Stay
                        3. Provide compensation for all the harassment and mental torture we have went through.

                        Please note that we had 2 senior citizen as well with us.

                        Please note that we do not want any Indigo vouchers to be used in future as compensation as we do not have any plan to travel with this airline anymore

                        I am not at all happy with the resolution provided. Indigo just gave a voucher of 3000 to be used on their flight again. Last November we faced isssue with Senior Citizen wheel chair assistance where we need to wait for more that 1 hour on the plane to get wheel chair. In the current case we have spent Rs. 15, 000 extra from our pocket for the Hotel and train tickets due to the lack of service from Indigo and what we are getting is a peanut from them. Indigo itself charges Rs. 2500 cancellation fees for a single ticket and here the compensation provided for the 3 luggage + Hotel + transport + Train fare is mere 3000 rupees only.
                        I would request the DGCA/Government to interfere here and provide a compensation of Rs. 5, 00, 000 from Indigo due to the lack of services from their end second time and the mental harrasment through which all the passengers needs to go.

                              On June 9 th I booked a return ticket from Delhi to Chennai departing delhi July 1 and departure Chennai July 3.

                                I was travelling with my infant from Hyderabad to bangalore on 6th June 2022, with PNR : MM6N4Z.
                                My trolley was damaged and cannot be used again, i asked their CC team and emailed them, however they denied any compensation saying i should raise such queries at arrival.
                                I was a solo traveller with infant, hence my priority was to check out and go back home immediately.

                                Immediately after reaching home i raised this to CC TEAM, and raised at indigo relations, they deny this.

                                It was a VIP 80cm sky blue bag with an approx cost of 8000 INR.
                                They denied any compensation help.

                                  Domestic airlines have come with compulsory web check in which is a good step but the worst part is selling the seats ranging from 900 to 100 which is really new form of business. Many people are paying as they must be filthy rich but a middle class person won't pay for this unwanted charges taken by airlines and because of this lot of mess is created on the airlines counter between the passenger and the person on the desk. Easy way of solving this is there should be an common helpdesk at every domestic airport to help people who can't web check in and there shouldn't be any charge for the seats after 15 th row

                                    M.d. Kaif Naseem from Delhi I'm complaining about a fraud that I've been through today 14th June 2022. Fraudulent using the company name Indigo airlines where they conduct a telephonic interview and ask me to pay ₹1800/- for the identity card and later on they ask me for more amount that is ₹4250/- for medical and after that on the next day they ask me total amount of ₹ 26595 for the visiting letter, gst payment and training fees so the sum total I paid was ₹ 32645 that I paid out of stupidity. I applied through quikr.com.
                                    My request is that I want quikr to take action on this and stop this fraud that no one in near future will scam through any of this fraud agency and I'm requesting for my money to get refund

                                    That doesn't sound right at all. IndiGo never charges any fees for conducting interviews. Please do not make any payment in response to this letter.
