It is very much disappointment to write this post. But I am writing because IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) costumer care executives are not able to resolve my refund issue.

1)Miss Payal - 06oct, Timing -17:18, 19 min - to listen call record.
02)Mr. Swadhin - 15 oct, 17:49, 46 min
03)Mr.Miss Komal- 18 oct, 15:00, 15 min
My flight ✈️ got canceled due to Pune runway closer. After that I opt for refund on 06oct process been initiated my Miss Payal and she assured me that I will get my refund within 5 days.
But nothing happend
On 15 th oct I called to costumer care and relate same story. After listening Mr Swadhin told me that all amount credited in your account, then I asked for proof but he didn’t provide. After that he admitted it’s not credited since we have some technical issue. After that I asked when will I get ? He replied today’s EOD you will get or wait max 3 days and if not credited.
But nothing happend
On 18th Oct means today’s
Called to costumer care call picked by Miss Komal she was so arrogant and She don’t want to listen anything.
Simply she told that it take 5 days time.
Since 06oct till today’s it’s 10days but not a single rupee I got.
Hope IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) will action on that.
