        I applied for a job seeking website and I got a call from Indigo the woman asked me to pay the registration charges and give a invoice against it she promised me to provide a job in Indigo and took a assessment test as well but as soon as I started calling her afterwards she gave an unsatisfied answer. I tried contacting her but since then she's been avoiding me.

          Dear Team, This is Debalina here, actually I have a flight from IXA TO BLR dated[protected]E-182 connecting with 6E-875 PNR: EEUE6L, layover CCU airport approx 1hr 30 min.
          I also web check-in for both the aircraft and took my e-boarding pass with seat purchase for the CCU-BLR Sector (Seat No: 16F).
          Now the fact is, after I arrived at CCU from IXA, I am going for the lunch to the cafeteria which is present at the airport terminal...after few while one phone call coming to my mobile on behalf from the Indigo Airlines @4:12p.m. and advice me to report hurry at the boarding gate for boarding...then I sharply report at the boarding gate approx 4:15 p.m. & I informed that the boarding gate has been closed and I will be shifted to the next flight of Indigo for BLR by the IndiGo ground staff.
          But the flight departed at 4:26 P.m.
          After that they did not shift me to any other alternative flight of Indigo which was promised by the staff at the boarding gate.
          Now I urge to you for refund back of my CCU-BLR flight fare including the seat purchase money.

          Now I just want to take refund my money for the IXA-BLR *(CCU-BLR) Sector of Indigo including seat purchase amount and the fare of another flight ticket which I booked on Air Asia of Rs. 5, 440/- on same day due to IndiGo did not keep their promise to shift me on another IndiGo flight on same day as it was so important for me to reach BLR on same date as I told to the IndiGo ground staff incharge at the point of boarding gate.

            Hello, I m neha mujhe 07.10.2021 morning me indigo airlines se call aai thi they said I have shortlisted for this job n they took 2650 from me for job application n then I did the payment after that they sended me questions for interview preparation n later asked me to pay 5000 more for security checking n documents verification.. I denied to give n asked for my refund but they were refusing to refund my money.. later I called them again n phone got switched off .. in the name of indigo company they r spoiling it . What a shame.. plz do something..

                I travel yesterday from delhi to Kolkata
                On flight number 6e-2841 arround ke 22:15
                As on my boarding card it was mentions in service that CPML AND CRPR SERVICE
                BUT when asked the cabin member about the food
                She told me that it is chargeable
                As per the policy under these scheme a beverage and a snack is complimentary
                But it was reject by the cabin member

Then he take 3000 for making passport & police varification. Then he take 6300 for dress code. 5268 for aggrement. Then he take 5150 for insurance. The he take 2300 for entry pass. Then he took 2480 for Making NOC. Then he will take 3000 for NOC letter.                           Today morning received a call from [protected] and [protected] assuring me the selection for job as ground staff technical officer in IndiGo airlines. They mentioned the Airport Authority of India durring their conversation.
                          I sent them my resume qualification marklist and certificates I'd proof passport photo as they demanded... I felt the call fishy when they called me back within half hour to pay the refundable amount of 2100.
                          I am sure that not from Indigo side they demand money for recruitment.

                              I am a student traveling from India to Toronto via Dubai so I booked a flight up to Dubai from Nagpur with Indigo via Hyderabad where I got denied boarding to the flight and the concern was my RT-PCR test does not have a sample collection time instead it had sample confirmation time, the test was ICMR approved and I also got clearance from the indigo staff at Nagpur where they checked my hotel bookings and visa for Dubai plus they also checked my tickets from Dubai to Toronto.on top of that, my documents were also again checked in Hydrabad for rapid PCR but they cleared me but I was denied while taking boarding pass and later I was told they will give me the next flight, another flight at the same time another day by the assist managerager so I underwent another RT-PCR test for 2000rs from the airport then they told me that they don't have the vacancy for me. They took me outside the airport got my luggage back(which was sent to Dubai from Nagpur) and asked me to contact the indigo staff(ticket counter) to get in touch with him when I contacted them regarding the alternate flight they said they don't have vacancy and manager didn't show up and gave me excuses like a server error. I waited at the airport for 14 hours and nothing happen I missed my flight from Dubai to Toronto also lost all the money for hotel reservations and had to go back to my home in Nagpur without any assistant they gave very ill-treatment and left me stranded there. how can they do that, why didn't they denied me entry in Nagpur, and if not there why not in Hyderabad before rapid PCR where documents were checked by their staff and if I was not carrying the valid report it does not allow them to torture me whole night by giving me different excuses and false hope.

They are asking me to pay 2600 for security deposit which is refundable, if I pay I will have three rounds of interview.                                   I applied for quiker jobs in the month of July. The next day I got a call that your resume has been shortlisted. So what do you have to pay 1000 for the interview, so after I did the interview on they mailed me. You have to pay the verification fee 5950 I paid the fee the next day I got the bond copy in the mail. Year's agreement and 12900 was to be paid, I also sowed. In this way I made two payment on that whose amount was 26500 and 20500 and now he is neither talking nor attending call please get my amount back. There is no one earning in my house. Please

                                      I booked a round trip flight ticket from Pune to Lucknow on 17th January 2021, on the Indigo Website, through my desktop and used Google Pay to make the payment.

                                      The amount had been deducted from my account but no confirmation on the booking has been made.

                                      Please find attached the screenshot of the same for your reference.

                                      Since then, I have been getting automatic replies like "With reference to your email, we would like to inform you that the amount of INR 9, 622 will be auto refunded and same will be credited in 7-10 working days."

                                      But it has been over 9 months, and even after sending details of my bank statement, they have not credited the amount back.

                                      Then on Jan 30th, they wrote:

                                      "With regard to your mail, we would like to confirm that we have received a payment of INR 9622 on 18th January and this amount is refunded back to original mode of payment under refund ID rfnd_GRZcMndwczYj4Y . This may take 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account."

                                      Then, after mailing again and again, they wrote, "With reference to your mail, we would like to confirm that we have processed a refund of INR 9622 under refund ID rfnd_GRZcMndwczYj4Y

                                      Further, this is to inform you that all the card holders has right to dispute the transaction with their banks if they are not aware about the details of the said transaction. Raising dispute against the said transaction will make the bank to investigate the matter internally within their departments and as well as the Merchant bank to provide resolution to the customers.

                                      Therefore, we would request you to kindly make a call to the card dispute division and raise a dispute for faster response."

                                      I checked with my bank and they said that the reference number does not exist.

                                      After so many mails and to-fro of information, I am still struggling to get my refund of almost 10k after over 9 months from the date of payment.
