Trying to call many times just now your customer care no., but no response and only ringing .

I have booked a return tkt for Mumbai to Chennai & back for travel on 23.10.2021(onward) & 31.10.2021(return). The amount Rs.4330 is already debitted by HDFC credit card.

It is more than a day passed but still not received tkt by email given [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly arrange to send urgently.

Unfortunately, the mobile no. given while booking ie., [protected] is not working now and hence change it to [protected].

    I, Belal Md Ali Khan, travelled by Indigo Flight no. 6E 5514 Mumbai-Patna (PNR-QNVJTD) on 17th of July-2021.
    I check in bag Ref: 6E [protected] SEQ-0067 was loaded belt no.11 Indigo Mumbai T2 international airports.
    My baggage has lost and almost 20 days are over, but I did not receive my check in baggage. I am really surprised to know how they handle the customer belongings in such a world class prestigious international airport. They even not able to trace my baggage. CCTV camera is there and individual customer details, ID, contact records are maintained, but even after that they are not able to trace.
    They are telling me for compensation of 5000 INR for the lost baggage. But I have lost more than 25000 amount of content in luggage.

      My Wife SUJATA JAIPURIA travelled from Mumbai to Kolkatta on 9th July 21 and returned on 23RD July 21. While going the baggage weighed 16kg. She carried the same bag except 3-4 kgs she took out at Kolkatta, besides a second bag.
      On enquiry I was told by Indigo customercare that only one bag is allowed to be carried and hence, I paid Rs.750 for additional bag. Besides I also paid Rs.2, 200 for additional 5 kgs just to be on the safe side and for hassle free travel by my wife.
      But at Kolkatta airport the lady at the counter said that as you have paid for the extra bag, it's ok but the other bag weighs 28kgs. Firstly how is it possible that the bag which she brought can weigh so much and the bag is not too big to put things of that weight. She requested the staff that it is not possible so the office through the bad saying that this will not go. Disturbed my wife Sujata had to plead to take the bag and paid Rs.2, 500 as excess bag charges
      On arrival, we tried to complain at the counter but to no avail. We checked the weight at Departure lounge and it weighed on 16kgs. Thereafter as we could not place complaint at Airport we complained to customer care on phone as also on email. But they directly denied anything can be done. Hence this complaint.

      Please know that the check-in counter weighing machines at all airports are regularly calibrated by the airport authorities and certified by state agencies regarding the correctness of weighing measures. They have a system of fortnightly checking with standard test piece weights and logging the readings.             Hi sir, very Good morning, I am myself lalitha, it's my humble request that pls go through such fake company, really who spoil reputation of your company, I got a call from Hr Rahul Sharma as I selected for airline ticket executive job in kempegowda airport ( bangalore), Asked me pay 1500 rs /- for security deposit of job confirmation, I also done the payment, later he sent me a mail as of appointment letter and need to pay amount of 4500 /- for gate pass and luggage and all, I didnt played him, but pls go through such fraud companies and also help me to refund my 1500 /- rs amount back, In this corona pandemic situation, really it's big deal of one rs also .

                Hi sir, i had a booking on 7th july 21 from raipur to delhi at 1210 hrs. when i went to bag dropping counter they told me that my ticket was on hold so it was cancelled. i have done web check in told them that i have selected the seat also and still that, how can it be on hold. They convinced me that it happens sometimes because of hold criteria of the pnr and i will be refunded the total amount and suggested me to book another ticket. so i booked another ticket for delhi and it was confirmed. After an hour or two i got a call from indigo for last and final call for boarding. i told them the same story that i was told by the bag dropping counter attender that my ticket was on hold and cancelled so my boarding pass was not getting generated and i was unable to check in my baggage .6-7 days back, i spoken with indigo customer care about my refund status . they told me that the amount can not be refunded because it was case of no show. i told them that if boarding pass is not generated, then how can i show my self to them. it is obviously going to be no show.
                i have mailed the same thing to the mail address customer.[protected]@goindigo but there was no reply.On 22nd july 21 i spoken to an attender at bag dropping counter regarding same issue he assured me that he will call me back in the evening but that evening had not come yet.Again, 5 days back i spoken to an indigo customer care, he played question and answer with me and at last kept me hold and ended the call.Now i’m tring to connect with the customer care but it’s getting disconnected while transferring the call to customer care. i have written the same thing in their twitter account and they replied me to keep patient and they are watching in to it, their customer care will connect with me shortly etc etc..and its been more 3 days no action has been taken.

                sir, they are in touch in twitter but each time they are sending me a common message that they are unable to contact me. But here i’m getting calls from other customer services in daily basis. it means that they are just bullying me.
                i know that it’s not your money its mine thats why you are not taking any interest on it.
                i could have also admitted it if i were in fault. but i’m loosing my money because of your system failure which is totally injustice.

                    Two tickets have been booked with PNR XK3KSP Mumbai to kolkata and PNR KRZT5E Kolkata to mumbai through MMT.
                    I didnt recieve any intimation of the flight being cancelled.
                    I just checked now, and it says both the flights have been cancelled by the airline.
                    If it has been cancelled by the airline shudnt i get the option of rescheduling to another flight on the same days without any extra charges.
                    Why is the only option available to me is a refund?
                    So that i take the refund and book new flights at double the rate?
                    This is how you cheat your customers?
                    Is this why we book the tickets well in advance? So that you can cancell the flight as per your convenience and i pay for it?
                    This is unacceptable and pathetic.

                        Fraud by indigo hr team

                        I have got a call from Priya Hr indigo on this number [protected] and she said your cv selected for airline jobs and said share my qualification certificates and Id, and she informed to me next day u have an interview. The next day called a person, who name Tanvi komal, ( her number - [protected]) she also introduced she as a Hr in indigo airlines and she conduct the interview and she demand 2500 rupee for registration fee, am paid.                         Hello sir I'm shivaraju n I'm from karnataka i recieved a message from quicker.. com that i am shortlisted for ground staff job and i[censored] r interested then call HR ROSHAN then I call him and he asked for application fee for job Rs550 & I pay her that amount and he sent me offer letter and then he return called me and told me that u have to pay Rs5000 for dress and Rs5200 for training amount and i paid total 23000 rs this will be refundable after training I'll pay all amount for getting job and my mother took this amount on interest @10% only for me and now they will not giving me a job and not pick the call please solve my problem sir /mam

                          I got a call mentioning you applied for a ground staff job in airlines and we recruit for the same for that u need to register then online test n thr after selection process with paid training n later on payroll with good ctc kindly provide ur photo qualification certificate n id they demand me 1st 2500rs as registration fees once done they asked me to deposit rs6500 as test fees once test done they demanded me rs 15000 as deposit charges n for medical certificate after all those process again they asked me to pay rs25000 as training fees as only 25% u need to pay & rest 75% will be paid by company. after all this process they said will send u a courier in next 2 to 3 days with all ur interview process details in it. i dint receive any courier n i started calling they dint receive any call n sometimes the phone is switched off after a day they received n said maam ur courier is not dispatched bcz u dint paid the amt for opening a salary ac(asking for rs15000) when i said i wont pay any amt hear after they said will put ur information in blacklist n im back of them now for refund process they provided me there office address fake which is some other office of aviation which is based in Delhi
                          this is the recent incident n im back of them since 21st may till date
                          once they get the money they dint even bother to call back n even if they receive call they give excuses that we left early im out we have some function etc etc

                              I was scheduled to fly to Mumbai from Doha on 26th July 2021. Did the baggage checkin far well in advance pnr no PSN27B.
                              Sat in front of gate no C25. Kept watching the gate. Mr Khawaja and mr Rabin were manning the gate. There was no announcement whatsoever and I was made to miss the flight. On my contact they just wasted my time and took me to some Qatar aviation company officials who said is not our problem and I was left to fend for myself.
                              I appeal for an enquiry to be conducted why there was no announcement ( all gates 26, 27 etc) made announcement I was surprised why indigo 1708 is not moving. I am an old man can’t be expected to run around and keep asking the above two impolite and I’ll behaved persons.

                                Sir they took first registration fees of rs 2500 and then they took money for training purposes 8750 but I refused to pay the full amount so they told me to pay half 4500 and then the gave me a appointment letter and the person who speaks on phone is pratik srivastava they have my 7000 rs please someone help me it is in ratnagiri maharashtra please someone take action
