My self Mr. saiteja tolupunuri a few days ago i got call it is from indigo airlines and they have told that I have selected for indigo airlines and they explained me it has 3 rounds that was first written test, and telephonic round, and HR round and they charged me the money. And day before yesterday i called them they kept the mobile switched off and they said on monday we will conduct the HR round. So I want to clarify is it real or fake......

Received a message from Shine.com regarding a job opening last week, they called on that number i got to know that it is of via shine your taking/ then she said indigo and taking from delhi .the name of priya verma and they told me about a job opening and asked me for rs2500 for a online exam, when i paid that i received a mail for exam and i gave it so i thaught it is trustworthy, after that they called and said to submit some documents and pay rs6500 for document verification which is refundable, then i told them that i dont have this much of money so they told that I can pay half and it will be done so I agreed and paid half and after that a person called and took my interview and then they said that if you want the job pay whole 12500 or loose the job and money. then she asked traing proces amount 27500,

      I was trying to reschedule a return flight which I had booked for the wrong date inadvertently. The moment the ticket got booked I realized the mistake. And then started the tedious process of getting to INDIGO customer support. Every time you call them, your call is put on IV and gets cut automatically or moves to bot. Finally I had my success after repeatedly calling them for almost 100 times. Only to be told by the rep that I didn't reach to them on time (within 24 hours of booking the flight) and so my request for dates rescheduling can't be done.

      I explained them it was an honest mistake and I have been trying to reach to them through the number mentioned on their website. They did accept that number don't work most of the time but still kept saying that we even in that case we should have reached them withing 24 hours of booking. This flight which I am trying to rescheduled for the month of October which is 2 months from now. It never seemed their intent is to help a customer in need or mitigate my grievance. Thats the worst kind of service I have been rendered. The obsession of minting money at the expense of customer has gotten so much into the head of these peopel that forget service taking back sear right now it has jumped out of window.

      Where a simple modification could have easily helped me and have saved me a lot of money. They decided to dupe me in this tough times. But that surely is not the intention of indigo.

          Dear Sir/Ma’am,

          We were travelling from Indore to Maldives and had our international flight from New Delhi airport where the indigo staff misinformed us and tricked us into booking a return ticket to india from Maldives when we already had a booking of onward journey to Hong Kong. They said that it is necessary for Maldives immigration as well as Indian immigration. They were not letting us pass through the door to the immigration. However when we enquired from our travel agent and fellow travelers who had the same route as us they told us that a return ticket to india was not needed since we already has onward booking. Furthermore we even confirmed from both immigration officers (india and Maldives) and they said the same. It was highly disappointing to go through this treatment and waste our money on booking a flight for no reason. Especially because we travel with Indigo all the time and expect the airline crew to understand and corporate in these times. I hope you can get us our refund as we booked from make my trip for ₹8k and only got back ₹2.5

            My name is Ram Charan Chowdhury seat 11A in flight 6E 6028 from Surat to Hyderabad and seat 9A from Hyderabad to Kolkata in flight no.
            6E 944 on 11th August.
            I had booked and paid for direct flight from Surat to Kolkata flight no. 6E 21B which costs more but my flight was rescheduled to a indirect flight which was previously mentioned which obviously costs less. Hence I want reimbursement of the remainder sum as indigo had rescheduled my ticket to a cheaper price ticket.
            Further I had a immense loss of my business due to the rescheduling hence I demand reimbursement for that as well.

            Just being notified is not enough. Please take immediate action and make the repayment

              I am 32 years old. I've applied to Quikr jobs and I got a call of ticket exicutive. They called me and took my interview for interview they took 1500/- and after that for NOC they've taken 7500/- and they gave me my NOC after that they gave me receipt also but after this all amount they said that we want 15000/- for medical I was not having this much amount. So I've cancelled and told to give my all money back and they said you have to Hyderabad and all. Please do something I want my money for my children's.

                  Hello sir I'm shivaraju n I'm from karnataka i recieved a message from quicker.. com that i am shortlisted for ground staff job and i[censored] r interested then call HR ROSHAN then I call him and he asked for application fee for job Rs550 & I pay her that amount and he sent me offer letter and then he return called me and told me that u have to pay Rs5000 for dress and Rs5200 for training amount and i paid total 23000 rs this will be refundable after training I'll pay all amount for getting job and my mother took this amount on interest @10% only for me and now they will not giving me a job and not pick the call please solve my problem sir /mam
                  I am belong to poor family and this amount had vry important. For my family in this pandemic please it's humble request to you sir/mam plss

                    while placing request for wheel chair for my wife 2 days prior to departure 9 Aug 2021, i was asked detailed specific questions, post which we were informed that we shall get the wheel chair service upto the ramp on the aerobridge.
                    to begin with the number displayed outside at Mumbai T2 entry to reach indigo offices for wheelchair were not working, finally the patient had to walk a good distance into the check in area and waited for good few minutes before the wheel chair arrived ( the ground staff inside was very helpful)
                    after check in, the porter informed us that we have to travel bus bus .( he left us upto the bus). finally when we reached the aircraft the patient had to climb a good number of steps ( doctors advise is to avoid stairs completely )
                    after climbing stairs as expected damage has been done and the patient has started experiencing pain
                    we are appalled by such callous, irresponsible behavior by a so called 'leading national' airline
                    i have booked my return on 21 Aug, CCJ - BLR - MUM ( direct flight cancelled due to reasons not known to us) and have requested for wheel chair again. Indigo seems to be providing wheel chair service only for the sake of providing "a service" and not to add value to disabled passenger convenience. at least the ground staff in this instance seem to be just in a hurry to finish their job, there seems to be no real commitment.

                    can i get an assurance of proper service for return on 21 Aug, treat this as most serious

                        I receive message regarding airport job and description as well as contact person & phone no. Was given I called on given number . There was a guy name mayank agarwal picked up my phone explained about recruitment process. He gave me mail id & contact no. of indigo hr & told me that submit ur document on that id. I submit that document after few hours I received one confirmation mail by indigo stating that your document are selected for interview. You have to pay 2500 for googlepay id & than they send question answer sheet for interview. I deposited money gave interview test. Next day I receive call from indigo & say that u r selected & now ur training is for 15 days & pay training fees 8750(refundable) for securities deposit . I again submit that money in same account. Next day again call from indigo & say that open a salary account & pay minimum account balance 15000(refundable) . I already paid (2500+8750+15000). Than again call from indigo & say that we have sign a bond agreement for 15 year job pay for bond agreement 25000(refundable). Plz help me Is it fake or?? I paid appox 26000

                            Hi,

                            We have booked 11 tickets with confirmed PNR status with indigo airlines and they cheated us.

                            Before 24 hours of flight we tried to web check in where my wife and my 8 months old baby seat was not allotted/ not getting assigned automatically.

                            So we called customer care and spoke with Saritha for more than an hour and requested to assign seat. She suggested to go to the counter at airport to book.

                            There are 2 counters to play football pass play for indigo where reservation counter said to go to we check in counter and vice versa. My wife with 8 months baby in hand was running between counters to get seat assigned while I was parking car.

                            Finally at we check in there was a person who really tried to help and surprisingly the reservation counter only has the ability to assign our seats.

                            But by the time the boarding was given our flight gates were closed and we missed the flight. Obviously there was a return flight the next day which is missed as well.

                            We will never again use indigo airlines and not let any of my contacts use it as well.

                            We spent 60 thousand rupees of hard earned money which is lost. Before proceeding legal on this I am writing here.

                              Trying to call many times just now your customer care no., but no response and only ringing .

                              I have booked a return tkt for Mumbai to Chennai & back for travel on 23.10.2021(onward) & 31.10.2021(return). The amount Rs.4330 is already debitted by HDFC credit card.

                              It is more than a day passed but still not received tkt by email given [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly arrange to send urgently.

                              Unfortunately, the mobile no. given while booking ie., [protected] is not working now and hence change it to [protected].

                                I, Belal Md Ali Khan, travelled by Indigo Flight no. 6E 5514 Mumbai-Patna (PNR-QNVJTD) on 17th of July-2021.
                                I check in bag Ref: 6E [protected] SEQ-0067 was loaded belt no.11 Indigo Mumbai T2 international airports.
                                My baggage has lost and almost 20 days are over, but I did not receive my check in baggage. I am really surprised to know how they handle the customer belongings in such a world class prestigious international airport. They even not able to trace my baggage. CCTV camera is there and individual customer details, ID, contact records are maintained, but even after that they are not able to trace.
                                They are telling me for compensation of 5000 INR for the lost baggage. But I have lost more than 25000 amount of content in luggage.

                                  My Wife SUJATA JAIPURIA travelled from Mumbai to Kolkatta on 9th July 21 and returned on 23RD July 21. While going the baggage weighed 16kg. She carried the same bag except 3-4 kgs she took out at Kolkatta, besides a second bag.
                                  On enquiry I was told by Indigo customercare that only one bag is allowed to be carried and hence, I paid Rs.750 for additional bag. Besides I also paid Rs.2, 200 for additional 5 kgs just to be on the safe side and for hassle free travel by my wife.
                                  But at Kolkatta airport the lady at the counter said that as you have paid for the extra bag, it's ok but the other bag weighs 28kgs. Firstly how is it possible that the bag which she brought can weigh so much and the bag is not too big to put things of that weight. She requested the staff that it is not possible so the office through the bad saying that this will not go. Disturbed my wife Sujata had to plead to take the bag and paid Rs.2, 500 as excess bag charges
                                  On arrival, we tried to complain at the counter but to no avail. We checked the weight at Departure lounge and it weighed on 16kgs. Thereafter as we could not place complaint at Airport we complained to customer care on phone as also on email. But they directly denied anything can be done. Hence this complaint.

                                  Please know that the check-in counter weighing machines at all airports are regularly calibrated by the airport authorities and certified by state agencies regarding the correctness of weighing measures. They have a system of fortnightly checking with standard test piece weights and logging the readings. Further, we believe our customer relations team members must have tried to assist you over the email to the best of their capabilities. We'd appreciate your understanding.

                                    I got a call from indigo airlines hr soumya she take a interview on phn call got selected and send mail as confirmation letter
                                    And she offer verification charges 460rs then after 15days sent call letter
