On 19 th April for the extra luggage charge i paid Rs.8500 /-

Flight no. 6E 211 (A320)

Payment was successful. The amount was deducted from my account for that I received the confirmation message from my Bank and also checked my account. Here also i found that the amount was debited from my account. ( Your a/c no. XXXXXXXX8511 linked to UPI ID[protected]for safety) is debited for Rs. 8500.00 on[protected]:31:03 (UPI Ref no[protected].-IPPB )

At the counter for paying extra luggage they said that money will be sended back in my account in 5-6 hr.

I requested a complaint in IPPB bank they confirmed me that the money is debited to indigo at 26th April.. But I didn't got the money back of ₹8500.

Kindly help me for this..

      They called me that your CV was shortlisted for airticketing in indigo airlines and told to pay 1500to register the test after conducting the interviews told to pay 7500 ..they said all the amount will be refunded on the date of joining …I asked for what purpose are you collecting this amount ..they said background verification

          I received a fake call letter from hr.[protected]@aol.com and they asked me to pay 2100 as security deposit which they would refund at the time of joining.
          Please help me and file a complaint against them.

            I had booked an Indigo ticket today ( 19 June 2021) for my travel from Kochi (COK) to Indore (IDR) scheduled on 03 July 2021 via the official Indigo site. Payment was deducted but no booking confirmation was given to me. Neither via email nor via WhatsApp. I have the screenahot of succrssful payment confirmation via GPay. Please resolve the issue.

                Hii I received airline ground staff requirements in my timesjobs acc and I applied for the same ...there is only one mobile no. and no any other information like email so I contacted and they asked me to submit my resume on that no. I did the same nd today I received selection message and they asking for my documents so I send it but at last they mentioned that they will do police varification and for that I have to pay 720 INR so that they will inform me whether I'm selected or not after police varification...nd they using name of Indigo airlines...so what should I do? Is there any kind of police varification charges for job in Indigo airlines??

                  My wife booked a flight from Hyd - Mumbai on 3rd June 2021. The flight was 6E 5732 and PNR HQ97NH. We gave the RT-PCR sample on 31st May and were informed by the path lab, that the reports would come the next day i.e 1st June. With this, we were within the 48 hrs window of the RT PCR test. However, we got the report on the same day at 11:37PM.

                  My wife was 21 weeks pregnant and was travelling alone. The Indigo staff refused her boarding and said reluctantly that if the report would have come after 12AM, they would have allowed her to board the flight.

                  Indigo is a good carrier, and have always liked it, but this behaviour was simply awful and disheartening. They made her do a test again, and gave her a flight at 6.30 PM that same evening.

                  My question to indigo management is:
                  1. if something would have happened to her as she is pregnant, would the airline staff have taken the responsibility for that.
                  2. How can a passenger control the timings and delivery of results that are provided by the pathology lab? If they give it before the scheduled time, is it my fault?
                  3. This check should be done at the check-in counter. She did the check in and was waiting at the terminal. Had this been done at the check in counter, she would have got enough time to get a test done at the airport itself, and get the results. The reason I am saying this is she was at the airport by 7, and the flight was at 10.30. The second test was done at 12PM and the hard copy was given to her at 2PM. So just 2 hrs to get the report. Had she been told at 7am when she arrived at airport that the rt-pcr is not valid, she could have done the second test, and got the report by max 10 am and boarded the flight.

                  But this was negligence by Indigo, and you made a pregnant lady wait in the airport where she was more susceptible to get the virus. This is not expected, and I want the Indigo management to answer this for me.

                    I have booked veg meals with PNR LFHGNL for my sister and 5 yr old nephew for this 5 hrs journey. Indigo has given worst experience, my nephew was hungry and they haven't served meals for this long hrs Journey. Its inhuman.

                    I will go to consumer courts if this is not addressed.

They first asked me to pay 2000/- amount and then they are asking me now to pay 7000/- for certificate verification process as of now i can't take any risk of paying as my financial conditions are not good i would like you to take strict action against this type of fraud calls and job offerings.                         That then I sent it and she again called me and informed I’m qualified.

                        That then I have 2 interviews, I paid application charges Rs. 2450/-, and 1st interview over, next day [protected] Hr Ridhima Roy called me and said she is from Vijayawada International Airport and I passed in interview and June 15th 2021 directly joining occurs.

                        That They Sent Some Mails Also To Me. I Paid Rs. 7000/- For Evc Certificate, Sbi Indigo Salary Account -10, 400/-, Noc Certificate -12, 235/-, They asked me Md Approval Sign For 32, 235/-,

                        That they Gave Me Personal Manager +[protected] Arun Kumar Called I Will Give You Kit, In This Kit Laptop, Uniform, Gatepass, Idcard All Are There Paid Personal Charge For Me 12, 400/-

                        That I Paid Total 70, 000/-Money to Acno:[protected] Ifsc :SBIN0020839.

                        After That I Went To SBI They Told Me Account Holder Name Is PRIYANKA, Vikasmarg Branch Newdelhi

                        That I paid to their concern through an account number provided by them.

                        The fraud company’s

                        That I paid an amount worth Rs 70, 000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand only) that this company asked for job registration fees and to complete other formalities.
                        That I asked them to refund the money that I have already paid them with the above mentioned several transactions.
                        That I tried to reach them through their contact number and email ID several times, but there was no response from their end.

                        It is pertinent to mention that, after the disbursement Rs 70, 000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand only) I have not received the refund wherein I have tried to contact them through their contact numbers on numerous days however I have received the refund nor the reply from the true loan concern. Please help me

                            I applied for job of ticketing executive last week on indigo airlines via Quikr then the HR of Quikr India Pvt Ltd called me and said to deposit the amount of 2200 to take the interview and said if I didn't selected in interview it will be refunded with in 24 hours I didn't selected the amount also not refunded till now bit's already been 5 days till now.so please take a action regarding that.we need that amount very much 8n this situation.

                                I'm abhishek Nirwani .I was got call from indigo airlines they shortlisted my name and said to pay 1800 registration +5000 crp verification +13500 training fee in this training fee I paid 6570rs.after that I didn't joined the company .Later I asked for refund because I had dought it's fraud .I paid total 13500inr .Now asking to refund my amount from 2 months they are not replying and recently HR head Named rahul sharma asked to pay 1500rs that also I paid .They are now not responding . and saying like will pay to you tommaro, after one week like this .They saying the same since 1 month .All document screenshots shared below . His photo also shared below .and his mobile number [protected]. Please help me from this situation .

                                    This is the mail that I received from this email id : indigoairlines.[protected]@yahoo.com & airportauthority.[protected]@yahoo.com stating that they are the recruiters of Indigo Airlines and informing to me that I am selected for the Air Ticketing Job in Jollygrant Airport, Dehradun, Uttrakhand. Along with they have selected 3 more candidates from this location. There were 3 persons named as Mr Mukesh-[protected], Mr Rajesh Sharma-[protected] & Ms Ruchi Sharma-[protected] by force they were asking money as Security deposit ( Rs 2150+5250+12990+22500 = Rs.42890/-) and all the amounts are refundable at the time joining day (28 May 2021) by cheque. I didn't know about it but due to my family situations, I paid all these amount through IMPS. Mr Rajesh Sharma assured me that these all amount he will refund on 26 May 2021 but till now he didn’t reimburse any amount. Now Mr Mukesh and Mr Rajesh Sharma both are asking the final amount of Rs 32990 and were saying that all the amounts are refundable within 1 hour and they asked my account details for the online deposit from his end. I told them I am not able to pay this amount because I am from the poor background and my whole family is depending on my earning. I am the only person who is feeding to my parents and brothers. They are not bothering about this issue and simply saying that kindly arrange the final amount, then they will process my application for this Air ticketing job. But when I told them that Indigo is not asking money for the job hiring-Mr Mukesh said that this is the internal matter and the company is also giving the money on behalf of the selected candidates. I asked the details of how much company is giving the money-he refused to share by stating that this is company policy and I will not share the details of the company amount that paying on behalf of the selected candidate.

                                    They will share the mail of joining letter by tomorrow through Email.

                                    They provide me visiting card, joining date (28 May 2021), verification form, training form & they send me the BATCH NO. - X2021AAOI (I have filled the form and submitted to them).

                                    I request them to cancel my application on 27 May 2021 & 7 June 2021 and ask them to refund all the security amounts but both of them said that it will take 45 to 90 days to refund your money.

                                    I have phone call recording of Mr Mukesh & Mr Rajesh Sharma with me.

                                    I would like to request you kindly help me get this issue resolved and take the strict action against them.
