I have got a mail from indigo airlines .I want to check whether it’s true or not...

Dear sir,

My self Shivnath sinha, My Fight details As below.:-

PNR no. -CW975W, flight no.-6E 7306, Flight timing 15:30pm from Gorakhpur to kolkata.

indigo staff at Gorakhpur airport are not allow to board on the plan, saying that "your RT-PCR negative report is invalid, Because 72 hours is completed".

I received my report yesterday evening i.e 07.05.21. and book a flight to coming Kolkata. but i am not able to board in the plan.

for your kind information in Gorakhpur no one received the RT-PCR Report within 24 hours except they pay more than Rs 2000 for RTPCR report.

i am attaching my RT-PCR the report for reference, as per report time i can board on the plan before departure of flight to kolkata.

My booking is corporates booking, kindly refund the my booking fare.

    I got fake offer of Ground staff job under name of Indigo airlines through shine.com. They demanded 2500 as registration fees, they send me some offer letter, test link which I'm attaching with this mail. After these letters which is signed by Shivam Malhotra that's why I thought it was genuine. But after paying registration fees they demanded 8000 more. Then I find suspicious and because I don't have enough money I requested them to refund fees. But they are not refunding it. I'm mentioning their contact numbers below:

    Other Verification officer:- [protected]
    ( With whom my conversation done and demanded all these amounts.)

    They told me to transfer money to Mr.Surya Prakash's Account.

    I find here that as there is similar case of hrgadhavi too.

    Please take it seriously because like me other innocent people are becoming victim of these same people.

        A person from indigo HR Dept. he introduced himself as Mr. Akash Bhatnagar (mobile no.:[protected]) and said he got my profile through Shine.com and offered a job in Indigo airlines Tirupati. and he said to pay a fees of Rs.2100/- for registration to (Acc. no.[protected], A/c Name: Indigo Airlines Pvt Ltd, IFSC Code: icici0001578) and he arranged a call set up for first round and after 3 days he again gave a call and said that for certificate verification Rs.6500/- for the same account which is totally refundable he said these words for both the payments. And after that he sent one fake profile and after that he again called and asked for bonding period and he demanded like its a go like Govt. job kind u have to bond it for 1year or 3year or lifetime for that it costs around 10500/-, 15500/-, 20500/- and should be pay within an hour. I got a doubt and i have asked questions he said something which is irrelevant and he keeps on cut the call and later he blocked after that two to three days he again called and said he will repay all my money with in 25days and when i call him now he has blocked. when my brother spoke to him he said what ever you do no one can do any thing on me .

            My name is Karthic Kumar. I was in search of jobs and I found a job on Quikr that Indigo airlines is hiring so I applied to that job. I received a call from HR Suhana, telling she is a HR of Indigo. Then she asked for money Rs.2, 040/- for registration then interviewed me online then she said that I’m selected and asked to pay 5400/- for document verification and asked to me send my certificates copy for verification. Later when I checked the website IndiGo I found that this was fraud but I had already sent the money of Rs.2, 040/- and now I’m stuck.
            Sir please help me from this and help me to get my money back sir please. I ask the money refund sir, but she tells that pay Rs.540/- again for office GST, then only you get your refund. Sir kindly help me to get my amount back. I have the account number by that we can find his name and place address

              My issue has been not resolved the corner person his name Mr Karthik called me he help me in refunding the amount by 5:30 by amount of 23000 and he will help me with the fraudulent asked for a commission of 10 and asked me for the amount now he is not responding to my calls and messages I have payed him 10% commission as well

                  I was to travel from Bangalore to Jaipur on a 7.45 AM flight on 29th April for which I had checked in at around 6.30 at the airport and collected Boarding Pass as well. Had gone to pick something to eat and got delayed in the washroom which lead me to reach the Boarding Gate 21 minutes prior to Departure time i.e. at 7.24 AM. I was asked to go and look for another flight as Boarding Gates were closed 25 minutes prior to departure time. It took more than one Hour to book into an alternate flight with a rude customer support executive interacting with us.
                  I would understand If I had come at the check in gate/Airport late. Usually a passenger is even called on their Mobile or Airport Announcement of Final Call is done for passengers who have collected their boarding pass not at the Boarding Gate 30 minutes Prior or so. None of that was done. Was only called to be informed that the Boarding Gate has closed. In time's of Pandemic, if a 4 minute delay cannot be considered on Humanitarian Ground, not sure how do Airlines expect customers to be ok with a simple "Regret Inconvenience" when flights are delayed/cancelled.

                    My daughter travelled in IndiGo flight from Vizag to Hyd. Medical college team asked students to vacate and ask students to take all the books as they don't have any plans for 2 months due to Pandemic situation. I booked her tickets today thru Ixigo where Student discount/offer (for extra luggage) option not available and they told me that that can be accommodated at check-in counter. I told my daughter to explain the situation and convince her to accommodate extra baggage. At the check-in counters, staff didn't listen to student and very adamant behavior and they forced cabin baggage also in check-in and allowed to keep only very small hand bag and asking her to pay INT 12, 500 for extra luggage (10 Kg extra in check-in bag which ideally good for students, most of the times I saw it gets accommodated). Entire flight is not even 50% full and Vizag check-in counter staff forced 18 years student to make her trouble for pushing for payment. She is travelling for the first time alone, unable to voice and they are very adamant. I am tried to speak but they spoke to me for few seconds and not accommodative. IndiGo has good fame with the public in accommodating such requests especially when flight is not full. They have charged 3 ticket charges extra for extra luggage which is not correct? I would request you to look at this matter very serious and ensure your branding in the public is secure. They have not issued the receipt for extra baggage also. I am really frustrated on this kind of behavior and writing to you for resolution.

                      I applied for job in olx job site. I got a call from piyu thakur about opening in Indigo airlines. She asked me for registration amount of 2600rs as one time paying amount So I paid for ticketing executives position. On the second day she transferred my call to senior person name vartika shah.
                      On the second day vartika said as I'm selected for Indigo airlines I need to submit my documents with police verification and character certificates. Then she asked me to pay 6200rs for doing it by her side.
                      On the fourth or fifth day she send me a confirmation letter through email and asked me to pay 9200rs for dress, laptop and Walky talky..etc.
                      I paid that amount as well.. I asked them about all this payment which I paid she said all this amount is security deposit for your job bcoz once you join the company you will get your all amount in 2day from the airport office.
                      After a week when my joining was on 12th march she asked me to pay the last security deposit amount for gate pass of 29588rs, which I refused. But then to she said sir your job is ready pls pay this amount and join from next week. As usual I paid this amount in 2days, in half half process.
                      After all this on the very next day she asked me to submit NOC copy for this job. So kind of NOC copy I submitted from my previous job.
                      But she said this letter will not be accepted by my company so she will give me a new format of NOC.
                      She transferd my call to senior person and he said 315rs will be the NOC charges but I have to pay security deposit of 45000rs.
                      After hearing this I refused that person and asked vartika to cancel my application for job. On cancellation she asked me to pay 11500rs out of which 500rs will be chargeble and 11000rs will be refundable and also she said after cancellation within 2days yours all deposited amount will be refund.
                      On the very next day I locked a complaint in Consumer Chanakya court. Now my case is in under observation.
                      I just want to inform "Indigo Airlines" that some people are using your names, indigo paper format, similar Email id and etc.. Please take some action against those people so that next time nobody else should get Con for jobs in Indigo Airlines.

                              The full booking amount has been refunded to the primary mode of payment i.e. virtual id of the primary agency under the mentioned PNRs. Generally, it shouldn't take longer than 3 weeks to be credited. Please contact only your concerned agency to claim the refund if not credited by the mentioned timeline.

                                  Charged extra for additional luggage (6600), mishandled and damaged the bag and glasswares inside it, refuses to refund amount charged against extra luggage and agrees to pay peanuts (3000) against the damage, it has been almost a month since travel date, not received a penny from the company. Totally unethical.

                                    But i confused that this is right or wrong and i think this fraud, and i have allready lost my 1200 rs.

                                      Jaipur has night curfew due to COVID. In such a scenario, we had cancelled our tickets booked with Indigo Airlines (arriving Jaipur at 22.15 hours).

                                      While we were cancelling the tickets, it was showing that the amount will be refunded to us. It was only after the tickets were cancelled and when we didn’t receive any refund, we checked on the website and it showed refund declined. No reason for the same was mentioned. This is pure breach in consumer service and Consumer Protection Act will be applicable in such a case. The courts have in the past also levied charges on the airlines for such breach. Kindly consider the same and take appropriate actions.
