Sir last week I received mail from indigo airlines In that u want pay 1450 rs for your application fee after that we conduct interview for u they said... I payed..first round they ask to attend 20 question after that telephone interview they conducted... Then Hr manager ABHISHEK CHOUDHARY has spoked to me you are selected for AIR TICKETING EXECUTIVE ROLE, they said. After that received mail in that you want to pay 5650rs for your certificate...

    Complaint against M/s. Travolook. regarding my refund awaited for INR 7311 since last 30 days against their cancellation REF[protected] dt 19 FEB '21 . Sir, In reference to above, it may be informed that I had searched on website on dated19/2/021 for my flight booking from DEL – SRINAGAR rS.7311- were paid by me on Travel Look agency website thro' HDFC Net banking. However, the same was cancelled by Travel Look with reason of fare expiration by Indigo vide travolook REF[protected] . In this regard, it may be informed that refund for the same is still awaited even one month. I have already sent 13 reminders to Travel Look at their customer support email mentioned below. Each time they have acknowledged that the refund will be processed for payment within 7-10 days. view of above, you are kindly requested to intervene and resolve the issue regarding my refund of Rs, 7311/- only.       Sir actually I received a call from aarohi as a hr in indigo airlines she said that ur resume has been shortlisted and u have to pay rs of 2500 for reference id to attend an interview that is telephonic and next day some men who call me as a hr and said yr selcted after asking some questions and they said for documentation verification u have to pay of rs 5300 and now they were asking for training purpose u have to pay rs 11600 then only ur file will be send to airport sir did indigo airlines charges any amount for interview and verification

        We booked out tickets for Kolkata, early morning flight from Hyderabad. And when we entered the airport they told us we need to get our rtpcr report . which was not mentioned anywhere in tickets and instructions, from your end . and we reached 3 hrs early we tried rescheduling our flight after doing undo check in . but they were not accepting although we had conversation with customer care they said before 2 of departure of flight we can change flight or apply for cancelation.
        I wasn't refund of my flight tickets or some concession because of your mistake and negligence and diverting your customers wrong way .

        Please do the need full your ground staff or any staff doesn't understand the importance of emergency. My father inlaw expired and we are not able to reach upto him . all because of your negligence. If the needful is not done I will reach out to defense consumer court

        On 13 Mar 21 I booked a ticket for Kolkota from Hyderabad. I like to fly with indigo as per my experience for service and punctuality. I am in defense and working in flying machine only. This time experience gave very bad reputation about indigo. There was a mental harassment by lndigo which I will never forget Throughout my life. Due to indigo I could not join the last ceremony of my father for which I will not be able to forgive my self. In this emergency situation, it is basic humanity to help the person but the behavior done by indigo ladies was not expected at all. She did not allow me to meet customer care officer or any assistance officer and did not listen any thing and behaved very roughly. I continued request her but she was not having any helping attitude. I was continually asking her for reschedule of the flight because I was 3:30 he's earlier than flight departure, but she was not ready to listen any thing other than corona report. It was very easy for me to get corona tested as I am from defense and medical facility is free for me. The mental harassment given by indigo made me to travel with my kid by train. The inconvenience to a lady and kid in emergency produced lot of problems and kept away from my personal right.

        Later your customercare officer wanted to talk about some concessions but I am will only agree for total refund or recheduling of flight with validity of 6 months and please send me the report action taken against your staff who do not know how to behave with any lady and kid in emergency and we got a reason stating they don't remember anything so airports are under CCTV surveillance you can always cross check and confirm . ground staff people don't even know the rules and regulations of rescheduling or canceling of flight . Please reply on mail. Further If you are not taking any action, I am going to share with PMO and expected to expose in media. Further with consumer court and DGCA. So please reply the mail . this is highly not acceptable . as I am busy with my fathers last death ceremony do the need full conversation and replies using mail .

As checked, the full booking amount has been refunded to the primary mode of payment i.e. virtual id of the primary travel agency and you may claim your refund from the concerned travel agency. You also must have received a confirmation email from our customer relations team regarding this by now. Please feel free to write to the same mail in case you need any further assistance.           Dear Support, I have booked tickets having PNR NGV96P on Indigo airlines having journey date on 10th June, 2020, but due to Covid 19 pandemic the flight was cancelled by Indigo itself and they provided me a credit shell valid of next 1 year that is it should be valid up to 10th June 2021.

          Now, I am willing to reschedule my booking using the same credit shell and I am supposed to book this ticket from Yatra.com as the earlier booking was made on Yatra.com. I went on to all bookings sections of my website and opted for a refund instantly to Yatra wallet so that I could initiate a new booking on the same name and on the same route.

          Please solve this issue asap so that I can reschedule my booking else all my hard earned money would go just for nothing which is a huge loss for me.

                They are fake and fraud . They ask for money again and again for their nonsense activities. They say that they will provide employee id and training letter after getting huge amount of rs 8650/- . I request everyone to be aware of such fraud activities. I also request AAI to take severe action against such fraudulent practices.

                  While travelling from Udaipur To New Delhi thru Indigo flight no.6E 2263, dtd: 28.02.2020 I was sitting on seat no. 14C which was reserved in the name of my mother Gaytri Devi and my seta was 10D where my mother was sitting and my name is Vivek patwari. I was carrying my Samsung A 50 mobile along with my other 2 mobile phones. Just few days back I had changed my mobile and earlier I was using this mobile only. I had to carry this along as some of my important datas and apps were loaded and it was easier to handle with it. This mobile did not had any Sim in it and I was using it for any bank transactions and other mail checkings. Somehow I took it out at the Udaipur airport for some work and by mistake left it in the flight. If by any chance anyone from Indigo or the airport authorities at Udaipur retrieve it or can be found in the Lost & Found department it would be of great help.

Sir first of all I searched a job in Quikrs job then I completed form fillup then they call me after 10 minutes on this cont.no[protected] that you are interested in ozar Airport nashik, indigo airline as a HR DEPARTMENT EXECUTIVE.I said yes and what about sallary. She said 40k to 50k approx.Then I interested in this job.
                    she sent me mail indigo airlines joining report form and I fillup and reply him.They took me2215/-rupees by phone pe and paytm on this BANK AC NO [protected] for my all document verification. and then another call and sent me mail 8640/- medical charges took me on this same ac no. and then another call demand 13600/- for dresses uniform for me.and This is done because I belived him.And then job is fake and his contact no.is .[protected] name SATYAM BHARGAV I have all proof of his mail and screenshot of paid amount and call recording.
                    Now I want to return of this amount and your coperate. Please do quick action.
                    I have all proof like e-mail I'd, call recording and screenshot of payable amount. Total amout 25000 paid by me.

                      Since it seemed valid I did send the amount. However, later my friend said this is fake and should website. Due to covid I lost job and I pledged my engagement ring and paid 2500rs and now I am worried. I told my to be wife That I am getting job at airport as ground staff.

                        I Mr Premsingh boarded an Indigo flight on 1st March 21 from Chandigarh Terminal Departs. 12:05 flight number 6E 264 A 320 to Mumbai Terminal (T2) arrived 14:50
                        We were given covid-19 safety cloth for wearing which I have rerturned at mumbai(T2) in arrivals. Unfortunately while removing the covid safety cloth's the Golden "Kada" which i was wearing got removed with the covid-safety over coat.
                        I therefore request you to Return me the "Golden Kada " If found by your staff as the same is having religious and sentimental values for me As i am sikh by religion.

GN5S6N which was canceled later, then came in the option that you can take another flight or refund, so I clicked on the refund, which should have arrived in 7 working dates but you have not yet received your check.                               I would like to inform you that i have booking with indigo dt. 30.03.2020 from new delhi to goa...but due to covid 19 flight was cancelled.

                              so my refund was initiated and it's shown status completed from last 2 months but i didn't get any refund and in mean while i continuously follow up with the indigo customer care but there is only one response every u will get money in 3-4 working days but nothing received from last two months. it is very disappointed.
