My minor son Anand Santhosh aged 11 yrs, was traveling on 6th April in Flight Number 6E-1852 (PNR # LK8DSM). As being Minor, I have requested the Indigo reservation desk to link his ticket well before his journey with one of my relatives who is also traveling on the same flight PNR # JWG25K. But while check in my son was forced to travel in the category of an unaccompanied minor as being the reason saying 'the ticket is having the only remark to travel with PNR # JWG25K. The duty in charge lady's name ending in'...MOL' is emphasizing to produce a letter from Embassy if he wants to travel with so mentioned adult. As there been left with no option, I had to pay QAR 230 as the charge o[censored]AM. The behavior of that lady staff was so much troubling my mental peacefulness and don't want to hear any excuses. In this pandemic situation, rather than assisting each other, she was purposefully troubling. Even the Indigo reservation staff Mr. Mohsin has spoken to her and described, but she was very much adamant and rude. I am honoring the service rendering by Indigo flight and this type of behavior and experience obviously deteriorate the reputation of this flight service. Please investigate the incident and initiate my refund of QAR 230.

I flew with your airline on[protected]between SURAT and DOHA QATAR.
My checked in luggage when i seen baggage was damaged on DOHA QATAR
Under the Montreal Convention I would like to claim 6000 INR OR REPLACEMENT OF THIS NEW BAGGAGE compensation for my damaged luggage....

As I have mentioned earlier that during the period of covid19 when all the flights were cancelled by the central government, one of our trip visakhapatnam to New Delhi too was cancelled in the month of March 2019(month end)
Indigo has not sent the money directly to the wallet of the passengers, instead it has handed over to Make my trip. Sorry to mention that till date I have to receive my money.

This is to request for the refund of ticket as i missed the 5.10pm indigo flight from Bengaluru to Bhopal as the cab drivers at the airport began a flash strike. I could not reach the airport on time and informed the customer care more than an hour before the fliight departure. I was continously in talks with the customer care senior executive as well and requested the same. But I really felt bad about his behaviour. He was still insisting to come to the air[port for any sort of tsolution. I failed to make the authorities understand had it been possible to reach the airport amidst such mess, why would i have missed my flight when i had to travel in an emergency situation and where i had booked my ticket just 17 hours before the flight departure time at almost double the cost ( Rs 8531) . I request to refund my ticket amount .

During the period of covid19 in March end 2019, all the flights were cancelled by the government and the refund instead of sending to the wallet, Indigo has given to Make my trip.
Sorry to mention I am yet to receive money of Rs. 11, 000/-(+) from MMT inspite of sending mails and reminders.

She is asking for 3000 security deposit which we have to pay through UPI only, no net banking transfer can be done. After paying her phone will be switched off, so please its a request to everyone don not pay any deposit through UPI.

I received a call from (true caller -Amit Dubey), saying has an opening for ground staff in Guwahati and Kolkata airport. And asked for my documents, later when i submitted all the documents, he asked for a 2100/- registration fees. When i submitted the registration fees, they forwarded me a link for online exam. I cleared it out and later in the evening prepared a final interview (telephonic). To which there were many questions asked and the next day they gave me the confirmation that i got selected. However there is regsitration fees of 15500/- To which I paid to get the appointment letter.

Now the part comes, where the appointment letter was sent to me via mail, however it was encrypted and asked for password to open the file. Later that person gave me a pasword with which I opened the file which says it was from Indigo and mentioning many details.

However, they are asking again a 30000/- which they said is refundable. Once I paid it, they now asking for uniform charge of 19000

However, now they haven't send me anything and also the numbers are uncontactable

Sir last week I received mail from indigo airlines In that u want pay 1450 rs for your application fee after that we conduct interview for u they said... I payed..first round they ask to attend 20 question after that telephone interview they conducted... Then Hr manager ABHISHEK CHOUDHARY has spoked to me you are selected for AIR TICKETING EXECUTIVE ROLE, they said. After that received mail in that you want to pay 5650rs for your certificate...

Complaint against M/s. Travolook. regarding my refund awaited for INR 7311 since last 30 days against their cancellation REF[protected]   dt 19 FEB '21 . Sir, In reference to above, it may be informed that I had searched on website on dated19/2/021 for my flight booking from DEL – SRINAGAR rS.7311- were paid by me on Travel Look agency website thro' HDFC Net banking. However, the same was cancelled by Travel Look with reason of fare expiration by Indigo vide travolook REF[protected]  . In this regard, it may be informed that refund for the same is still awaited even one month. I have already sent 13 reminders to Travel Look at their customer support email mentioned below. Each time they have acknowledged that the refund will be processed for payment within 7-10 days. view of above, you are kindly requested to intervene and resolve the issue regarding my refund of Rs, 7311/- only. Regards, Â
