I have contacted customer care guy from IndiGo and made transaction through IVR for getting travel certificates. It's been two days and I have not received anything. Could you help me with this.

    I have cancelled my online booked ticket from indigo due to night curfew here and new corona virus strain to follow government norms and to be safe from the infection. But the amount they refund after cancellation is too less. I paid 27, 543 rs but they charged for cancellations is rs 19800 i received on 7743 rs. I means its unfair to deduct this much of amount in lockdown period every other airlines are coporating and understanding the situation but indigo is not. I thought atleast thqaey would refund 15-20k kindly help me regarding this. Their cancellation/refund policy must be libral during covid lockdown period.

    Under Section 10 of CPA 2019, unfair trade practices specifically this point of time when the money are limited is an offence. This is so harassing
    And u cannot harass your customer under CPA 1986.
    Therefore i dont want to drag this thing into court. And i want to be resolved here by atleast returning my 70-80 % of my total amout of ticket.

    Ok fine i cancelled the flight but the charges you are applying in this pandemic are so high i mean there must be some liberties in your return/ cancellation policy during such kind of situation.

    Iam a heart patient (and i have valid certificate and prescription for the same) please dont harass me more else you are encouraging me to file n FIR and case against your company. I just want my money back and please do arrange it.

    Last time i am asking will u gonna return my money or not else u have to face mental harassment of your customer under CPA 1986,
    Under Section 10 of CPA 2019, unfair trade practices and many more in court against me. I am very serious about it.

          Sir, I book a ticket from Hyderabad to Ranchi on 25 March 2020, by Indigo airlines.
          My flight got cancelled due to covid lockdown but I couldn't get a refund of 2850 till date. It's been the eleventh-month almost.

          The respective amount as displaying on the attachment has been refunded from our end on 1st Jan'21 to the virtual id of the primary travel agency and it may take up to 3 weeks to be credited. You may accordingly reach out to the concerned travel agency (GoIbibo) to claim your refund.

            Person named Prateek Srivastav called and took interview for me and he told I'm selected in the job.
            After that he asked me to pay registration fees and training fees etc I paid 20k
            After that his phone is switched off
            He cheated in the company of indigo

                As we can check, the booking was initially created with an online portal/travel agency, hence the refund of the said amount has already been processed from our end on 23rd Nov'20 to the virtual id of the same travel agency as a primary mode of payment. It generally takes up to 3 weeks to be credited. Please feel free to claim your refund from the concerned travel agency only.

                Web checkin charge I paid directly to Indigo from from my Hdfc credit card account and I paid it twice. please share the the details of refund. Hdfc bank is saying that there is no refund processed.
                I already forwarded the mail (Ref no. 3302428, 3313361)
                Also I would like to inform that I have not received any refund from Cleartrip(online portal/travel agency) as you mentioned in your earlier comment

                  I was traveling from Chennai to Dibrugarh,
                  It was a connecting flight from MAA to CCU and CCU to DIB,

                  We came to Kolkata and was waiting for connecting flight layover time was like around 90 minutes and without knowing we gone to exit and was standing in a big Queue(Q) in kolkata airport there was security check and everything was going

                  We didn't got any Alert or warnings over speaker or SMS or any call regarding boarding closing we gone to the gate 20 minutes before departure time

                  But they said like Boarding closed flight was right in front o[censored]s but they didn't allowed us behind the glass

                  And they said like they can't do anything since it was a connecting flight and I completed half travel already and they made me to buy a new ticket

                  My Question is Why I didn't got a single warning before closing boarding

                    I flew Indigo on 4th jan 2021.(PNR - ARDJWB, Flight- 6E2061). I had one checkin luggage and one carry on bag. I live in the USA and am here to visit my family, I landed in new delhi on 3rd Jan 2021 and then took indigo as my domestic flight for my final destination.

                    I checked from the USA before travelling that Your website mentions no Carry on and only a personal item that can fit below the front seat. (I have never flown indigo before this time).
                    Hence, I distributed some of my extra luggage (total of 6 kg) in my Carry on bag, thinking that it is not allowed on flight. When I reached the checkin counter the checking agent checked in both my luggage (1 big bag of 16 kg and carry on 12 kg), without telling me that carry-on is allowed in flight.
                    It cost me total of 7250 rs. which is too much for just 6kg of extra luggage.

                    When I boarded the plane, I saw many of the passengers carrying even bigger bags in size than me with them to the flight as carry on(I have pictures to prove it. Please see attached images).
                    I could have easily shifted the extra 5 kg from my Carry on bag to the checking bag, which had 1 kg xtra, so that would just have been 3000rs in total only (500 rs per kilo).
                    Instead, I was charged for the whole weight of the carry on (14kgs). Which is wrong as other passengers took their carry ons with them.
                    I did some research after my flight, and found One page of your website mentions that a carry on of 7 kg is allowed and another mentions that only one personal item is allowed (please see attached images).

                    When I checked from the USA I only saw the page which mentioned no carry ONs. which led to this whole confusion.

                    I am ok with paying 3000 rs for my extra 6kg luggage, but the rest of 4250 was wrongfully charged, as other passengers were allowed carry ons. And i was unaware of this because of wrong information on the website, also as I have never travelled with Indigo ever. The checking agent also did not tell me that carry on is allowed and just checked in both the luggage.

                    I ask them to kindly refund me the unnecessary 4250rs, which could have been avoided if there was not much confusion on the website. It is too much money and is easily a fare of a round ticket to many destinations in india.

                    I received a call from their customer care representative today ob 7/1/21, , who said your carry on bag exceeded dimensions. My bag was never checked for dimensions. It is a standard carry on bag. They just are downplaying the issue to not refund the money and saying anything without fact checking. They can check the airport camera for my day of travel and see for themselves.

                        PNR BQC3ME - 2 pax - HUSBAND & WIFE

                        The practices being followed by Indigo for web checkin and seat allocation amount to harassment of customers. The airline is blocking all the seats(even when nobody has checked in or the flight is half-empty) and giving the most undesirable seats as the ONLY OPTION to customers.

                        As a couple when I try to checkin for my wife and I, we are being given the option of non-reclining, middle row seats separate from each other during COVID time.

                        Consumre COmplaints forum & the DGCA has to protect customer interests and take action against such coercive business practices that amounts to extortion.

                          I was traveling in Indigo from Chennai to rajahmundry on 02/01/2021. When I received my luggage few of my clothes were missing & silver bangles were missing. And when I contacted the indigo airlines they responded that we cannot do anything regarding this. How careless can they be & how can things go missing in a baggage. Seriously such a worst response from the airline. I request kindly follow this & get my items back to us.

                                I searched the airport Jobs in Quikr job app and i applied for the post of ticketing executive.hr nidhi( [protected]) calling your CV is selected for the post of ticketing executive and you have paid the amount of RS 1450.next day another person hr abhiseik ([protected])calling you are selected for telephone interview.after 10 min your selected for the post of ticketing executive and asked to pay the certificate verification amount Rs5650 .i have doubt for this fake letter. I have paid only Rs 1450 . please consider this complaint and refund the money from this fake people.

                                  I got a message and interveiw call from indigo airlines that my cv is short listed for the post ground staff. On the basis a telephonic interview had conducted. Then they asked to pay money 2250 for boarding pass and send a confirmation email. The next day I got an offer letter from indigo airlines and again asked to pay 6300 for medical procedure and I payed it.
                                  When I feel doubt I asked them to refund my money and I never wand to join in indigo airlines. But they did not give any reply. They never attended my calls when I continuesly called them but the next ten the two persons switched off the mobile phone numbers given [protected], HR Rahul shalukh, [protected] Mansi, [protected] HR Nikitha. Now all the numbers were switched off.
                                  Additionally there bank account number are given (airport authority acc no [protected], ifsc code Sbin0030237, acc holder udayvir, SBI bank . Shows madyapradesh bank account shows 2018 stated by udayvir.
                                  I lost a sum total of 6300/-.please help me to refund them.

                                    On 29.12.2020. I Littymol Tomy received an interview letter stating that your CV is selected for the Staff Nurse position in Go Indigo. For the confirmation of registration, you have to credit an amount of 9900+GST(18%) to a Punjab National Bank Account in the favour of Indigo airlines Limited. Please help me with the same.

                                      I received an email regarding airport jobs on my mail id.in that email all the description as well as contact person's phone no. I call that person and she tells me that your cv got selected and you have to give an interview. i give an interview and at evening i got a call and she told me you are shortlisted so you have to pay rs 2250.But i know they are frauds and i dont pay any money to them.

                                      i request you to please look into this and take a strict action against these frauds .so these frauds could harm to others.i am attaching the phone number of the girl who call me.

                                        While travelling from Bengaluru to Patna on 21th december 2020 (Flight no.6E 345) seat no1D. I lost my REDMI 4A mobile phone from my hand bag which was kept inside overhead compartment.
                                        It is a REDMI phone with Gio sim card. Also the phone was kept in power off mode.
                                        I noticed the phone was lost from my bag when i reached my home.
                                        Kindly let me know if you could find my phone from the air craft.
