I received an email regarding airport jobs on my mail id.in that email all the description as well as contact person's phone no. I call that person and she tells me that your cv got selected and you have to give an interview. i give an interview and at evening i got a call and she told me you are shortlisted so you have to pay rs 2250.But i know they are frauds and i dont pay any money to them.

i request you to please look into this and take a strict action against these frauds .so these frauds could harm to others.i am attaching the phone number of the girl who call me.

    While travelling from Bengaluru to Patna on 21th december 2020 (Flight no.6E 345) seat no1D. I lost my REDMI 4A mobile phone from my hand bag which was kept inside overhead compartment.
    It is a REDMI phone with Gio sim card. Also the phone was kept in power off mode.
    I noticed the phone was lost from my bag when i reached my home.
    Kindly let me know if you could find my phone from the air craft.

      Few days back I had enrolled in a job search engine. I started receiving calls in the name of AAI so we believed it might be true. They assured me of recruiting in Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, they told me that they'll providing with facilities such as food, stay rent, cab facilities, etc. They asked me for an initial amount of 2000, after that they called me for an interview and told me that I was selected and then sent me a mail with a letter from indigo airlines and in that asked me an additional amount of rs.5200 for verification of documents, to which I told them that I suspect something fishy so I want my money back so they told me to write a mail regarding refund so I wrote but they haven't reverted to me yet. I hope that I can get a help from your side. Thank you

        One of my friend got a call, who says that there is opening for AIR TICKETING for Mumbai location and asked to deposit money of 1500/- as a registration fee. Then they took a test and said you got qualified but for attending training you have to deposit another 7623 Rs. They have shared some document as a offer letter.

          I have travelled from Lucknow to Bangalore on 20 Dec'20 from Flight- 6E-626. After waiting for about 1 Hr at Bengaluru airport for my luggage, when I enquired about my baggage, it was being informed to me that baggage contains nariyal which is classified under restricted objects, hence it was not sent by Lucknow airport. I have carried many times nariyal but my bag was never offloaded. Even though if it is classified as restricted object, shall I not get any confirmation over my phone that baggage is getting offloaded & I need to take necessary action ? Airport authorities told me that I need to pick baggage from Bengaluru on 21st, as the baggage will be sent post removing restricted object. Baggage is not sent by Lucknow airport to Bengaluru & now again they are requesting to come tomorrow & neither agreeing to send my baggage at home. I had important docs in my bag which were required for the meeting. I had to cancel the meeting because of this mess created by Indigo. I need compensation from Indigo for all the financial & mental health loss

                They hve call me .that yu ar selected for the indigo crew member and they ask for the 1500k for the restrictions fee and I gve it ...and nxt day they took the phone interview and they told me that yu hve been selected for the cabin crew and and asking for 6500k for file formation and 3ray they told to send 13900k for making bank account balance maintenance and for the dress charge. And I thinking send it or not plzz call me [protected]...weather I hve send the money or not, or weather is fake call or the real one ...

                  On 9th December 2020 I got a call from Ishika arora - [protected]@gmail.com that your profile has been selected for the position of Ticketing executive at indigo airlines.Then they asked me to pay 2, 500 for creating some reference code and they said that it is refundable and I have to pay the amount before the interview. Firstly they took my telephonic interview then they asked me to wait for a day. Next day Ms.Palak informed me that I have been selected for the second round at pune airport.Then I had a conversation with HR Radhika Bisht, she asked me to send my documents over whatsapp and next day she again called and told that I have to create a CRP certificate and she asked me to pay her 8000 rs for it.I politely asked Radhika bisht that you didn't informed me about this before so I won't be able to continue further and kindly refund my money which I have paid before the interview(2500).
                  Radhika bisht yield at me and talked very unprofessionally moreover she abused me and disconnected the call. I called her back but she didn't bothered and ignored my calls.I have send a mail to them regarding my refund but Radhika bisht didn't respond. Kindly file a complaint against Radhika bisht because she is giving fraud job offers and seeking money from innocent people and threatening people and not even refunding money, kindly make sure that i get my money as soon as possible.

                    Respected sir/madam,
                    I am Raj Chauhan,
                    I have a complain to fraud job. I've received call from the no. [Protected]Â Firstly they ask me to share your highest qualification details and passport size photos on there given whatsapp number or on the mail id they sent me. After that they make a call and ask me that your profile is seleted for ground staff they ask me to pay rs - 2100/- to generate employee id with will be totally refundable on date of joining they says. Then they send me payment slip that I have paid on my mail id and one current affair portal to me for online test in which there are 20 questions. After that they says that on next day there will be telephonic interview. Then on next day they make a call to me and transfer my call to other person while saying that we are going to transfer your call to hr department for telephonic interview. Then there are some questions regarding interview with me and after that they make pending my result for next day. Then next day they make a call to me and says that you are selected for ground staff in indigo airlines. And transfer call to other people on the floor while saying that they are transfering call to hr department for training or joining confirmation date and then again at that place also they ask me to pay security amount of rs-7900/- which is refundable on date of joining after making payment they sent me soft copy of payment 7900/- and training confirmation letter on my mail id and says that hard copy of this will be at your home in next 24hours. On next day then they call back again and ask me to send the measurements of trouser, shirt, blazer, and shoe size and then they says that again you have to pay amount of 13900/- for that which is refundable on the day of joining in indigo airlines.
                    I have all proof of his mail and screenshot of paid amount and call recording.
                    Now I want to return of this amount and your coperate. Please do quick action.I have all proof like e-mail I'd, call recording and screenshot of payable amount. Total amout 12, 000 paid by me.

                      Hi all,

                      Today I got an email from [email protected]. Which I considered it is valid email and Bank Name- BOB A/C Number- 30318100023673A/C Name- INDIGO AIRLINES IFSC Code- BARB0MANESA.

                      Since it seemed valid I did send the amount. However, later my friend said this is fake and should website. Due to covid I lost job and I pledged my engagement ring and paid 2500rs and now I am worried. I told my to be wife That I am getting job at airport as ground staff.

                          I have booked a flight on 02.12.2020 from Ranchi to Mumbai at 4:45 pm but Our flight was cancelled and revised 7:50 hr earlier on same day i.e. 8:55 am. It was not possible to take this flight and we tried to change the day of journey but the link provided was not processing à fter changing date. We tried customer care but could not contact. Finally we missed the flight on 02.12.2020. On 02.12.2020 we again contacted indigo customer care and inform our issues. Indigo representative tried to accomodate us in morning flight on 04.12.2020. According to Indigo representative, she was facing system issue in booking tickets and after long conversation nearly about 1 hour we advised either cancel ticket with 100% refund or buy a fresh ticket with adjustment of previous ticket amount which cost us extra Rs.22425.00. We had to come mumbai urgently so we paid the extra amount and get fresh ticket with same PNR.

                          My complaint is
                          1. My ticket was cancelled and revised without my consent on 02.12.2020.
                          2. Further, My ticket was not revised for 04.12.2020 due to system error at indigo end ( as per indigo representative). It could be done without paying extra charges.
                          3. Fresh ticket was issued with the same PNR as mentioned in my previous ticket that means my ticket could have been revised without paying any extra amount.

                          I want refund of extra amount i.e. Rs.22425.00 which was paid for the revised ticket on 04.12.2020.

                            Address: Level 1, Tower C, Global Business Park, Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road, Gurgaon – 122 002, Haryana, India.

                            I booked one (1) ticket in my name MR.SHRAWAN NARAYAN RAIKWAR on 19 February, 2020 of Indigo Airlines for the stations from Srinagar( SXR ) to Amritsar( ATQ ) vide PNR/Booking reference number - KLVMHQ, which was to be travelled on 14 May, 2020 through flight number - 6E 478 (A320).
                            However, flight had been cancelled due to lockdown and I have been provided with the credit shell valid for one (1) year instead of full amount of refund.
                            Due to some unavoidable reasons, I am unable to travel in the aforesaid period of one year.
                            So, I request you to kindly refund the full amount of payment for the abovementioned cancelled flight.

                                Request your immediate action on fraud which is going on using by Indigo name and hiring candidates on driving jobs, here are the email and mobile numbers number they connect with poor people and grabbing money with all kind of falls commitment.

                                  My wife's PNR No. was OHJUHC. She did Web Check in successfully 48 Hours before boarding. In correct time she entered in Bhubaneswar Airport 1 hour before. But She was not permitted for Boarding as well as bag check in.She missed her sheduled Flight from Bhubaneswar to Hyderabad at 08;40 AM. Later on She took a Flight from Bhubaneswar to Hyderabad Via Mumbai and indigo charged Rs 1800/- including the previous fare to Board the Flight no. 6 E 6849 ( From BBI to MUM) and further 6E 5361(from MUM to HYD). In my Absence My Wife has suffered a lot during the whole day. As a valued customer I am not at all happy with the service provided to my Wife in Bhubaneswar Airport. I request Indigo to refund my Extra amount Rs 1800 to me as this was indigo Staff's mistake. Urging Indigo the fastest clearing of my Greivance. Otherwise it will be a Question mark for Indigo in future.

                                    Sir I am Shashikumar I got a call from indigo airlines and I paid 1, 950Rs for registration fees and they told me you are selected for this job, now they are telling me to pay uniform fees 6500 bt I have doubt is that offer letter is original or fake. Can you please reply me fast
