Hello sir I have booked ticket from delhi to Ranchi of rupees around 8000 and due to pandemic indigo has refunded the money as credit but there is no option to use that for rebooking nor you people are returning money. I have attached the old ticket and the massaging popping up during rebooking. its been 6 months I am trying to reach you people through call and mail but there is no response from your side. you people are literally just fraudulently stealing your customers money taking the advantage of the time and pandemic.

    Sir,
    I took boarding pass (DfJ5JV)as per your instruction on before enter to boarding airport (COK) for my daughter and her three friends (students ) eventhough they had boarding Pass and were on time in connection airport(MAA) they could not travel to destination. No responsible staff informed them on or before time to the right gate number. Airport was not busy at all, even a silent airport lack airline service to especially for young girls was very much disappointing. Loss of time and money and more over our family agony who will care.
    In Short I request compensation on this regard

      Iam a job seeker in aviation feild and i was submited my cv in SHINE. COM. one day i got a call regarding the same
      They told thats from indigo airways and to pay 2000 rs to attent the first written test. And they collected around 40000 rs from me in the way off bank account opening charge, training charge, medical test etc... and said to me they will inform me the direct interview date but till this second i won't get any call or msg from them

      First i got a call from a women named KUSHI from this no : [protected]
      Second a women named MANSI AHUJA from : [protected] please help me out off this

            Indigo company given PDF file on 11/10/2020 & they given for with 12days time i finished the job 20/10/2020 . Job given time they said no any ask any payment & your salary credited within 45 minutes But job finishing time they ask for CGST amount you must the pay the money after that i will release your salary so am also believed i transfer the money Rs.9386/- after they said again you pay SGST moeny after that i will release the salary so am also believed i paid the SGST Rs.9386/- . 21/10/2020 Tommorrow morning i asked my salary they given fake SBI online tranfer form generated they ask for again money . I said wont the pay money then he will no response total that company will pay money 60772 . Pls Mam can recovery my Mam

                I applied for a job in indigo airlines from quikr jobs. I received a mail telling me that my resume is shortlisted and I have to pay Rs 2000 for first round of interview then after my first round they asked me to pay Rs 5500 for my second round of interview. After I paid I now get a message asking me to pay Rs 14000 for insurance I would like to share this person's number who claims to be the HR of Indigo-[protected] he claims to be Mr. Vikram Chauhan the Hr Manager of Indigo
                Pls do the needful and I want my money back..sharing with you the letter I received from them as well..

                    Dear Sir, I have booked my flights having PNR's VIR4JM(credit shell Rs12000.00) and YJD72J(credit shell Rs 6897.00).Due to covid-19 I am unable to travel anywhere in india and abroad.I have requested many times to your management of Indigo to refund my full money but till now i did not get my refund. Every time they told that u r not eligible to refund.Now the supreme court has also clearly ordered on 01/10/2020 that the money should be refunded to the customer.So I requested them to refund my money (Rs12000.00+Rs 6897.00) as soon as possible. but they refused.Kindly do the needful action as soon as possible.

                      This msg is regarding my complaint about indigo airlines. I applied through Olx jobs. Then I received a call from the airlines saying that I need to submit my documents for interview. After submitting documents another call came from saying that for interview I need to pay 2600 Rs and it will be refunded. I paid the amount Coz I was in need of the job. I gave the interview and they said it is cleared and now demanded for 6200 Rs for verification documents. This time I did not paid the amount. But my complaint is for indigo airlines. You guys have soo many complaints regarding scam with the name of your company... Why don't you guys take some action.

                              I booked an air ticket from ahmedabad to dehradun for 31 mar 20 for indigo flight through your company i. E. Flight raja travels. The booking was confirmed vide booking ref no fmnla3bmhooxv and pnr no is fwc8rx. Due to corona; ticket was cancelled by indigo on 16 mar and a sum of rs 7446 /-was refunded to your company by indigo for onward remittance to me. However, your company has not yet remitted the said amount to me.in view of the above, you are requested to kindly refund me rs 7446/- at the earliest.in case the amount is refunded, detailsof the same may please be communicated to me.                                   I was booking a trip flight ticket from Kolkata to Ahmedabad Reference: GWSPNX, booking of ticket from Kolkata to Ahmedabad on 04 November 2020 is showing pending and not confirmed. However, the payment of INR 6455 was debited from my account as per the bank statement (Ref/Cheque No. [protected]IGAJOFFPM9). I kindly request you to look into this matter on the earliest and let me know the status. Your assistance would be highly appreciated for immediate rectification in this subject matter.                                       Still i didnt recieve ticket confirmation mail.
                                      If ticket is not confirmed when will indigo process refund.

                                        My PNR is TW37WN. My flight got cancelled due to nationwide lockdown. I have been given a credit shell to use within a year. I am not in a position to travel because of an unavoidable medical condition.
                                        The website says your refund request is submitted successfully. It happened many times but I never received the refund.
                                        Kindly, look into the matter and help me to get the refund.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        As we can check with the mentioned PNR, the booking was primarily created by Credit Shell redemption from an alternate PNR hence the Credit Shell was reissued once again on 16th April to protect the complete booking amount. Further, please note the Airline cancellation was due to the COVID-19 travel restrictions. Hence we were protecting the respective booking amount in form of Credit Shell for all the impacted PNRs, which can be utilised within 1 year from the issued date, for the same passenger(s). Travel date and sectors can be any. Please get in touch with your primary travel agency/online portal (Easy Trip Planner) for any further clarification/assistance.
