Respected sir,
I, shailendra shankar marathe, residing at thane, maharashtra, booked tickets for self, wife shilpa and son omkar marathe for journey between Mumbai and Guwahati for dates between 04 April 2020 to 18 May 2020. The flights were cancelled due to Lock Down and goindigo informed that the amount is put in credit shell and the same can be utilized in a span of one year. After Hon supreme court judgement on the refund of credit shell amount, I communicated to goindigo for the refund. In response the company informed that the credit shell amount can be utilized for journey, instead of refund. Also the company informed that Journey under PNR EP117E is complete, which is incorrect as per the tickets enclosed.
It is, therefore, Requested to resolve the issue and the airline goindigo may be directed for the refund of credit shell amount with intrest as applicable.
