And she sent a offer letter today its mentioned that i have to pay 9000 again for joining...
Now they mentioned that i have to work as back office

    Thx for INB txn of Rs.17049 frm A/c X1679 to Indigo Air... Ref#IGAJNXQBJ5 on 03Oct20.
    Still i didnt recieve ticket confirmation mail.
    If ticket is not confirmed when will indigo process refund.

      My PNR is TW37WN. My flight got cancelled due to nationwide lockdown. I have been given a credit shell to use within a year. I am not in a position to travel because of an unavoidable medical condition.
      The website says your refund request is submitted successfully. It happened many times but I never received the refund.
      Kindly, look into the matter and help me to get the refund.

      Dear Sir,

      As we can check with the mentioned PNR, the booking was primarily created by Credit Shell redemption from an alternate PNR hence the Credit Shell was reissued once again on 16th April to protect the complete booking amount. Further, please note the Airline cancellation was due to the COVID-19 travel restrictions. Hence we were protecting the respective booking amount in form of Credit Shell for all the impacted PNRs, which can be utilised within 1 year from the issued date, for the same passenger(s). Travel date and sectors can be any. Please get in touch with your primary travel agency/online portal (Easy Trip Planner) for any further clarification/assistance.

        Fraud job and cheated my money

        I'm divya, i'm from chennai some before days i'm applying for job as acabin crew in indigo airlines. One day after i got one call from one guy ([protected]) sanjeev sharma. This guy saying to me i'm the hr of the indigo and ur selected for cabin crew interview tomorrow it's ur telephonic interview so get ready for that he saying i'm also saying ok sir like that. After 10 mins he will again calling and telling to me send 2500 for application...

          I applied for a ground job in indigo airlines. And i got a call after one day saying job vacancies are available in indigo airways and they said 'we are calling from indigo office chennai airport'. And then i got cheated by paying an amount. And they have also sent me the confirmation letter of indigo in a pdf format. After going to the office of indigo in chennai domestic airport. The staffs told me that it's fake offer. So please i want many money refunded back to me

            Respected sir/madam,
            I have got a call on ([protected]- hr. Meghana malik) saying that your resume have been shortlisted. You should attain the interview and before that they told me to submit my aadhar card, last qualification marks card passport size photo, 10th marks card, resume in there what-app number ([protected]). They told suppose you are selected in the selection round on your profile then you'll be able to attained the interview they told there will be 2 round interview 1st is call interview or video call and the last will be face to face interview.
            Then they told i am selected by my education qualification the profile, next round is video or call interview be ready for that then they said to pay 2500 for the interview i told them we would pay the next day they started forcing me saying that this would be the golden opportunity try not to leave it later i paid the amount on the account nub:[protected] a/c named ramanand saini they started lying saying that we dint pay the amount, but the amount was deducted from my paytm account. I complained to paytm customer care who helped me out and said the amount is received to the receiver. Later after a week they maid a call to me by saying be ready for the call interview. After the interview they said u'll be having face to face interview. And now onwards u'll profile will be deal-led by other hr named radhika bisht whatapp no:[protected] then she said to send me the same resume and other detail as before said. But even including crp certificate i dint have that so she said to pay 8200 for that certificate she told that it will be refunded with in 24 hours. So i said i am not able to pay such a

              Hii myself priya from bangalore. I got a call that i have selected for the job profile air ticketing and they said me to deposit 1650/- as refundable deposit. They conducted me 2 test one is online test and another is telephonic round. After clearing these 2 test the sent me a letter which i have posted below. Please help me with this issue whether this is genuine or fake

                As per government directives made on 06.09.2020, as follows:

                "in an affidavit filed before the supreme court, the ministry of civil aviation (Moca) and directorate general of civil aviation (Dgca) have proposed that passengers who booked their air tickets before march 25 would be entitled to a full refund by the airline within 15 days.

                The proposal by the centre states that if any airline is in financial distress then the fare amount shall be saved in a credit shell which would be availed by the passenger for travel by the same airline on any route of his/her choice before march 31, 2021.
                If a passenger does not wish to travel, the credit shell can be transferred to any person.

                If the amount is unused, interest will accrue every month on this amount and the same is to be refunded in full after march 31, 2021.
                The centre said this solution is workable, as it balances the interests of both passengers as well as airlines, and urged the top court to pass a suitable order for its implementation.

                The centre said there shall be an incentive mechanism to compensate the passenger if there is a delay in consuming the credit shell - from the date of cancellation up to june 30, 2020, the value of credit shell shall be enhanced by 0.5 per cent of the face value (The amount of fare collected) for every month or part thereof between the date of cancellation and 30th june, 2020.

                "thereafter, the value of the credit shell shall be enhanced by 0.75 per cent of the face value per month, up to march 2021. The credit shell shall be transferable. Passengers can transfer the credit shell to any person, and the airline shall honour such a transfer. The airlines shall devise a mechanism to facilitate such a transfer. By the end of march 2021, the airline shall refund cash to the holder of the credit shell", said the affidavit.

                The centre said this solution is workable, as it balances the interests of both passengers as well as airlines, and urged the top court to pass a suitable order for its implementation.
                I would, therefore, request you to refund my money at the earliest. Air ticket advice is attached herewith for your ready reference.

                  We had booked the tickets initially from hyderabad to delhi on 3rd april 2020 to travel on 04:40 hrs. 15th april, 2020. The pnr is qpbrux flight no 6e 308 (A320). The total fare amount paid for travel was inr 14, 247. Unfortunately the flight travel was cancelled by indigo due to lockdown extension of covid-19 pandemic. The itinerary details were displayed on indigo web portal that our tickets were cancelled on 16th april, 2020 07:28. The total pnr amount inr 13497 protected in the form of a credit shell by deducting inr 750 as convenience fee. We had been informed through chat with indigo, that the domestic flights would be started from 1st june 2020. So we had booked again on 17th may, 2020 for the same passengers to travel from hyderabad to delhi on 1st june 2020 with the pnr lnzlhn flight no. 6e 846 (A320) 7:40. The total fare amount was inr 10, 095 deducted from the credit shell.

                  It was our fate that our beloved family member, my wife padmavathy sambari, had passed away on 20th may, 2020 due to heart attack. So we cancelled the tickets on 25th may, 2020. The refund amount inr 8, 595 transferred to pnr credit shell by deducting inr 1500. This entire process of travel transactions were done during the lock down period declared by union government of india.

                  We request your goodself that based on our tragic situations during the lockdown period, kindly refund the amount which we had paid initially inr 14, 247. We further request you kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                          I cancelled my indigo ticket (Pnr: ffwnhf) on 1st of september. After cancellation i got an email saying that my amount will be refunded in 5-7 business days. I initially called them on the 6th business day to check the status. One of the representatives said that my refund is processed and will be it getting as promised. But it didn't get credited. I called again on the 9th business day to find the status. The representative said the refund process failed and she has initiated again. I hope i atleast get it now. There is no communication to the passenger when refund process gets failed. And they don't provide any compensation for holding my hard earned money so far.

                              6-september 2020 received a message from shine.com that urgent hiring vacancy is available for air-ticketing ground staff and cabin crew contact sushant roy - [protected] sent via shine.com
                              Then i called sushant roy and told her that you deposit 2500 amount and one id proof and one high qualtification and two photo and then i submitted all the document and paid the 2500 amount then next day recevied a message that job confirmation letter and 7850 pay the amount so i doubted i thought it is fraud so i cancel my job and told that please refund my money so hacker told that ok in seven day i will refund all the money today 10 september 2020 is fifth day and told that you pay extra amount 700 this amount is gst amount

She send me his mail id [protected]@gmail.com. I send my doc. On it. Then she say you have selected for this job. She provide me bank details name - birjesh kumar, hdfc bank, a/c no.[protected] ifsc code. Hdfc0000001 bank address: 101-104 tulsiani chambersfree press journal marg, nariman point, mumbai, maharashtra 400 021, for payment of rs.2, 500/- reg. Fee. I pay that amount (Attached). Then mob no[protected] take my online interview and demand rs.22750/- for document verification.
                                  Kindly look at the matter and take action on your register and arrange to refund my rs.2, 500/-.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      My booking reference is ifgz4f
                                      I had suffered in the airport by not getting any exchange opened and for additional luggage by international vandhe bharat air india flight from frankfurt to mumbai and then by indigo from mumbai to madurai.

                                      Whatever vandhe bharat luggage approved by air india, indigo put as extra luggage other than their disclaimer fraud.

                                      And they kept asking 8000rs etc for the weight in rupees. I had in euro and no exchange counter because of corona. They kept telling they get my euro and pay by their rupees debit card.

                                      Then in the last minute they overloaded passangers in flight and cancelled my ticket and collected 3500rs.

                                      I suffered peakly by 3 days ground travel and got more pains by this inconvenience.

                                      I am asking indigo to give me 50000rs
                                      For the corona risk which they gave for travelling from mumbai to tirunelveli.

                                      They are cheating against their terms marked in i ternary in vandhe bharat.
                                      They are doing injustice by frauding they give rupees on their debit and get euros cash.
                                      Then in the last minute cancelling and cheating public and charging 3500rs.
                                      This they done on me.

                                      For the long journey and the discomfort and pain caused, i ask 50000rs as compensation.

                                      I keep all proof of their talk in recorded in the airport. Please do justice
