I made a booking on 5th september for mumbai to bangalore flight. Transaction id - 68fdeaa63f[protected].

The booking was made on indigo website and payment was made using airtel payments bank. The money was deducted and i also received cash back from indigo (An offer was on) but no ticket was generated. I contacted the customer care and they have no record of any transaction.

Considering i got cash back from indigo, the payment should have reached them.

Kindly look into it and resolve the issue.

    I was having flight from dubai (Dxb terminal 2 to delhi 6e22 indigo airlines on 1st sept (Scheduled dep. 2355). I had seen my laptop in waiting hall (Zone area 2) while waiting before getting in queue for check in. I was carrying laptop in my handbag and went for security check in. There i highly suspect my laptop got missed. Please check there in recording and trace for what happened. I was in green shirt and black trouser and was doing security check in last minutes. (End of all other passengers) and was in hurry. Gate for my boarding was f 4. Another thing could be if someone took my laptop in flight from my handbag when i went near toilet for drinking water. Because my hand bag was kept below my seat 19c as per flight instructions. Seat behind me cant take because he was my friend traveling with me. I found my laptop missing from my bag when i was going for security check at delhi airport for my next flight to guwahati. (6e2192). Only laptop missing from my handbag. Request you to kindly trace and find my laptop as it contained important study notes, all my past memories photographs. And many important things. I am in huge trouble and stress and it will affect my job career too. My laptop details-dell inspiron n4010 ;blue colored laptop. Pnr - ujlvrm

      Aditi chauhan indigo airlines[protected] call received by this number regarding job offer at bangalore international airport as ground staff for indigo airlines with 35000 + accommodation + food + other facilities and asked to send copy of aadhar card, qualification documents and resume to [protected]@yandex.com and asked to transfer application processing charges of rs3500 for bank account number which i didnot receive. Fake fake fake job offering fraudsters. Please be careful

          Respected sir, 
i am writing this not to blame indigo, apart asking for help. There has been a fraud with me regarding that i require help.
i had made a booking from jaipur to kolkata on 21st march 2020 through a travel agent names sj travels : ishan jolly is the owner on this travel agency. Due to some circumstances the passengers didn’t fly, and the ticket whole amount was protected in credit shell. The passenger rather booked another ticket of indigo and at the airport the indigo sales person spilt the pnr into two, the pnr’s are fww1hh, cey6uy total booking amount i paid was 68450 
firstly airline didn’t agreed to refund the amount as it was a group booking, but after making repeatedly mails, calls and other way to contact the airline they agreed to make a refund and on 19th august 2020 they made a refund for the pnr fww1hh whose amount was 26355.
after i got the information that the amount has been refunded i tried to contact the agent to kindly refund me the amount when he receives it. As i approached him for the refund, he completely denied me that he will not refund the amount and asked me to assume that amount is bad debt. I again asked him the reason, he said he has used someone’s credit card and that person has escaped (I don’t know what the fact is). He even said you make a fir against him and also i can do all things i can but he won’t refund the amount. I further asked him give the contact details of the person whose card you have used, he even denied to provide me that, in behalf he has just provide me credit card number (I don’t know that’s correct number or the fake one).
i rather asked him over the call that what should i do now?
how would i get my money back?
he said mail the airline and say them the card has been expired so provide refund in different account or keep the amount in credit shell.
as instructed by him i have mailed the indigo team saying the card has been expired.
i am ready to file a fir against him and i paid him complete amount through the bank and i have all valid proof, i even have whatsapp chat that shows i have done the booking form him.
i am writing this just to request you if you can provide me the help by any mean, i have done all i could but failed, if you think that i am not a genuine person, i can provide all proof that you say, i can provide every passengers id proof with the letter.
all need i want is if you can reverse the refunded amount and provide the refund in different bank account, and if you talk to you tech team and get the details of the card used for booking or the name of the person whose card was used or anything that can help me take out of this mess.

i am ready to provide all documents you want, i can even share the fir when i do so.
kindly also help me what all steps can i take to make things in my favour.
i am ready to do anything suggested by you team.

kindly look into this matter and help me out i would be very gratefully enough if you can solve this issue

            Pnr number- Bg1dks
            we did our booking from cleartrip for 17th july for Indigo flight however we had to postpone the booking and did from indigo website and postponed with additional 1200rs to date 25th july from same indigo website itself. we were told that within 5-7 working days we will have refund in our account. on 29th july we called indigo customer care and they said it will take 21 working days to be refunded to your account. now today again we have called indigo customer care and they are saying it was already refunded to cleartrip on 21st july.
            also they are not ready to give any mail or written document which says that it has been refunded to cleartrip which we can show to cleartrip as a proof that this is what indigo has said.

                Medical Emergency due to which I have to reschedule Flight

                My indigo flight from Dehradun to Varanasi on 29th July 2020 was rescheduled due to my mother got sick & was admitted in hospital on 29th July early morning I called their customer care for cancellation of flight but agent told me that they cannot promise full refund as after submitting medical document our senior department will give approval where to give refund or not so i have to reschedule my flight & paid extra rs...

                  Dear sir,
                  With above reference pnr bpgm4r from hyderabad to lucknow on 19th august, 2020. I had a worst experience ever with indigo airlines. I am very old customer of indigo airlines. My hand baggage was not allowed to carry as it was trolley bag. Since due to carona conditions, it was informed by baggage counter executive that overhead space is not allowed to use. Therefore, i was charged rs. 3, 000 as excess luggage in check in baggage. When i came in plane i saw that many of the hand baggage were kept in overhead space and crew member allowed to the passenger. It was really surprising and shocking for me as double standards by indigo airlines. I am very old customer to indigo. I can provide snaps of overhead space used for hand baggage. I made a video and snaps to witness. After landing at lucknow airport, i immediately contacted
                  Ground staff manager mr. Vaibhav and mr. Ankit. The took the snap of my boarding pass and excess baggage charges voucher and accepted and also ensured me that they will register the complaint for the same. But still after 2 days, i did not get any response from indigo customer care. Therefore, i am liable to launch a complaint. Please arrange to refund my excess baggage charges. Please find as per attachment, snaps and video made by me to witness the usage of overhead baggage cabins by the passengers, whereas i was charged rs.3, 000.

                          Recruitment scam

                          I received a call from indigo airlines gurugram office stating that I have been selected for the post of airticketing. And they have collected the money of about 85k and still asking money. They say they're dispatching the gadgets and uniform with offer and training letters to home address in a week. But I am scared and want to know if it's true or scam. Please help me....

                          As i have book my flight from jaipur (Indigo 203) to coimbatore (Indigo 6908). Due to e-pass issue i have cancelled my flight. After cancellation its shows me cancellation pending (I booked via ixigo app). And they said they will refund within 7 - 10 working days. After few days they only refunded me 4524 rupees out of 13126 rupees. And also i have paid cancellation fee & insurance fee. They take 8000 rupees as convenience fee😡. And also its corona time so money is important. And also it's a kind of fraud.
                          So please help me.

                                I applied for air ticketing agent at indigo airlines. So i received a call from india job, i was asked to send my resume so i did. After few hours i got a call saying that my resume has been shortened and asked me to send the resume and other documents including passport size photo and addhaar card. After few hours they asked me to deposit rs 1250 before telephonic interview. I got selected in that interview. After few hours i have received a job confirmation letter from thismail ([protected]@gmail.com). Then they are ask me to deposit rs 5700 for documents verification. I pay the amount after successfull payment they told that they not receive that amount in thier account.

                                We would like to clarify that IndiGo does not engage in any unauthorised person or mediator to secure an appointment of a candidate desirous of securing a position with IndiGo. All appointments and recruitment related work is handled by genuine and authorized officials of the Human Resources Department of IndiGo at its Gurgaon office or any location officially designated by authorised officials of IndiGo. We do not indulge in the practices of collecting any processing/ enrollment fees from job aspirants/candidates.

                                  I am darshan from hyderabad got a email from indigo airlines and confirmation letter for data entry job from this i have payed 2000 rupees and they have taken my interview but till now they have not given any response.
