Sir,
I got messages from indigo airlines they i approach to them to conform and they told about all information and asked me to pay money for registration amount i payed them later they asked me to pay training fee of 7625 which i cant effort i asked them cancel my letter and asked my money backup but they haven't gave any response to that and lifted my calls those people name vivek roy _, ishmankan chowhan_, and one another person sended my interview feedback letter for that i haven't gave any of my information they send me mail after one call of interview his name is deepak kumar _ so tell me how we can find original company and letter

    Flights were cancelled due to covid-19 national lock down. I don't want a credit shell. I want full amount refund in my account

        I received a job offering mail from a mail id - indigo. [protected]@gmail.com for ticketing executive at chennai international airport and requested me to pay inr 2500. I paid it online.

        The mail says preeti would be assisting me on this requirement process. Kindly confirm is there some one with this employee id (Aai450564) working under the name of preeti.

        Please also confirm do indigo has authorised any people to work with this email id indigo. [protected]@gmail.com

          On 24.07.2020 indigo flight from mumbai to kolkata was supposed to fly which i had booked in advance from the ixigo website of rs 5709. The flight was cancelled due to corona. After the cancelled of flight on 19.07.2020 the flight was reschedule to 02.08.2020 where the amount was mentioned as 4492 rs this flight also got cancelled on the 02.08.2020 after that till this date no refund was made.. And after enquiries made to indigo airline they mentioned that they have refund me the amount 2490 rs, which i haven't been able to receive.. I have only received 1092 rs which i received the leftover amount on 27.07.2020 after that there was no refund made of the rest remaining amount 4492 rs. I need the refund as soon as possible. Kindly looki after this matter.

            Hello, myself dhannya nair, i have seen an add in quikr as hiring candidates for ground staff in indigo airlines and below was given a number of one ms. Monica singh. I called her up to ask if such jobs are offered and the lady told me to send my cv, adhar card and passport size photo. I send the asked things after that she called me again and told me i will be called foe a telephonic call and then ur post will be decided on ur performance. On sunday i got the telephonic call and my interview was taken by one ridhima she told me i have done good in interview and will call back in 5 mins after having a discussion with hr group for my post. She called me within 15mins and informed me i m selected as air ticketing and sending me the confirmation letter after which ihave to pay a amount of 1550/- as registration medical check up and address verification charges. I told ok. I received the my confirmation email and the mail id from which i received the email i m attaching herewith. Kindly help me if it's original or fake.

              I got a sms that your cv is selected for indigo airlines ground staff call hr rahul sharma. They ask for rs.2, 500 for filling up the forms and again they ask another rs.4500 before the interview. They again demand more money for creating salary account, employee id card, del i-pad, punching card. And again they asked amount of rs.12, 800/- for salary account and profile security. They also said your total amount will be refundable after the documentation. But they are not paying it back.

                Last of several emails sent by me to indigo:

                Dear sir/madam,

                This has reference to your email dated 13th may, 2020. I have been waging this battle for a legitimate refund with indigo for the past several months.

                I state herewith that we (My spouse & myself) have no intention or plans to travel by indigo air during the remainder of my life.

                Accordingly, as senior citizens, i request you to refund the full amount that we have paid towards these tickets.

                I do not accept your credit voucher scheme and demand that the amount be refunded forthwith without any further delay.

                I herewith claim full refund of the monies paid by me towards the following tickets:

                A) names of passengers: mr. Guhan subramaniam & mrs. Hemalata iyer
                B) pnr:xevqql - flight no:6e-6512 - from: bangalore to: chandigarh - total cost : rs.11, 866/-
                C) pnr: xevqql - flight no: 6e-593- from: chandigarh to: bangalore - total cost : rs.12, 072/-
                D) total refund claimed - rs. 23, 938/-

                I attach here the statement made by a senior ex-cabinet minister recently.

                In case, i do not receive the full refund within 10 days, i will be compelled to move the consumer court for redressal.

                Dear sir/ma'am,

                Thank you for writing to us.
                With reference to your email, we would like to clarify that as per the recent dgca circular number - av-29011/27/2020-dt, if airline has received the payment between 25th march 2020 to 14th april 2020 for the reservations booked between 25th march 2020 to 14th april 2020 to travel between 25th march 2020 to 3rd may 2020, passengers may claim refund.

                We have checked our records and we understand that payment under the pnr-xevqql from which the credit shell has been utilized was received on 4th mar'20.

                Thus, we have protected the entire ticket amount in form of a credit shell and we would not be in a position to process refund.

                During these testing times, well being of our passengers and crew is paramount to us, we have taken every measure to ensure their safety is not compromised at any touch point, we also urge you to stay safe and healthy.

                Looking forward to serving you on our lean, clean flying machine.

                  My complain is that.. Before some day i got a call by prachi from indigo airlines.. She said apne job ke lia apply kia hai apka resume select ho gaya hai. After that she said ma'am apko next process pe apne document send krene honge then hm apko job letter provide krwange then after 2 days she said ki ap ticket executive jiski salary package 28500 hai select ho gae ho then she said aap police verification and address verification dedo.. Phir hm offer letter send krenge agar apke pass nahi hai toh aap 3500 rupees send kro.. Hm apko certificate denge then after some day she said ab apki job confirm ho gai hai apko laptop, mobile and training dress courier krni hai toh apko security amount of 8500 rupees pay krna hoga.. Unhone even apni I'd send ki thi full confidence gain kia hr query solve ki... At last jb sari payment ho chuki hai they are not receiving call. What can I do... Please help me out from this trouble... These type of fraud are destroying the name of Indigo Airlines.

                    When i reached Bangalore it was late in deplane and i have connected flight to cok. I informed the ground staff who stand just near the flight they told me that get in the bus and once get down there staff will be there they guide u. but no one guided me and i got phone call from the staff this is a final call suddenly i run from the line and i have asked many staff reg the security check area and gate. it was indigo team responsibility to take the passengers who r travelling by indigo connecting flight while running my 4 yrs son vomitted too i have lost the boarding Pass hard copy along with the ID proof (driving lisence)

                    nobody helped for us. the crew of blr to cok informed me that they have done the needful for getting the lost id proof. and cok team will inform me the updates.

                    they lied me cok team not aware about the same. this i am sure that they n this pandamic situation there are limitted flight services and if you peopled are doing like this means what to say. very bad

                            I cancelled the flight ticket booked online from indigo airlines prior 12 hrs of the journey and recieved the intimation about the cancellation and refund amounts declaring cancellation request is process. However, now the airline is refusing to pay the refund amount and has forfieted complete amount saying that the ticket was not canceled by their system. This is pure cheating. Once the Cancellation request has been made by the individual the ticket should have been canceled and if not intimation of the same should have been given.

                              I have booked a ticket four 4 people for 4th apr having flight no 6e 689, pnr no nkqlgt and 10 apr having flight no 6e 6616, pnr no oltfnd but due to pandemic covid 19 our flight got cancelled and we were given credit vouchers which is to be used till 31st march 2021 but as we don't want to travel now due to health issues and other problems so we want our amount to be refunded in our account not in form of credit vouchers as it is for no use o[censored]s.                                 I had booked my air tickets via clear trip booking site for indigo airlines 6E 6635 with trip ID[protected] from varanasi to new delhi for 12 of April 2020 with PNR MF9EGV for three passengers namely Ms Himani Shali, Ms Rachna Pandeya and Ms Suman Rani.

                                I was given a text message from indigo airlines on 31st March 2020 that a flight being cancelled due to covid lockdown we will create a credit shell uptill next year.

                                Sir looking at current situation. I won't be able to travel for next year as coronavirus has taken a toll on my health and I am in acute depression . Request you to kindly refund my money back to my account. Please find the ticket with a total fare amount of Rs 6, 567/- attached for your kind perusal.
