On of the agency has called me and they said that they i had selected for ground crew job and salary is 30k and cab facilitiey and he asked me 1500 for deposit and then he will send me offer letter and interview

I have got a message with the link provided. I have open the link and website has been shown with the following pictures which I have uploaded. They asked me to pay 9800 rupees for registration to their account via phone pay etc..i want to know that is it fake or real.
I need to know the information or else action will be taken seriously.

I am anusha. I received an email regarding the job. They said that i have to deposit 9900 +gst as a security deposit which is refundable an the day of interview. I thought that it was real and deposited 9900.. Please take action against this fraud.

Hi my name is anusha. I got a mail that i have to deposit 9900 +gst as a security deposit which is refundable on the day of interview. I thought that it was real. So i deposited the amount 9900.. Can u please take any action against that fraud. I lost my money. Do something about this fraud.

I have applied for indigo airline ground staff job vancany, next day i get the messege that your cv has been selected. And they also called me and they asked me to send documents like adhar card and marksheets through whatsapp. So i followed their instructions, and then they ask me to pay rs 2, 650 /- to generate reference code, once they generate the reference code then only i will eligible for interview, they even told me that the amount is refundable. Everything was lie, the person who contact me her name was khushi, i got call from these number[protected] she is the one who guided me through the whole process, after payment she sent me few questions, she gave me half hour to prepare about the topics, and then after half an hour she call me back and transfer the call to hr team, hr took my interview, i deliberately messed up the interview to know their next step, i was worst in my interview, but even though they selected me, i was already suspecting that their is something fishy, with this my suspicions were confirmed, and also the hr send me the confirmation mail, stating that i m selected, and my salary will we this and this. The mention the salary in the confirmation letter which is discussed during interviews, they also told me that there is 30 % hike in salary when i complete my 2 months training, so they are providing me 30, 500 during training period. At the very beginning the told me to provide 45k -80k salary so i remembered this and i calculated like training salary is 30, 500 rs and 30 % of it will be 9, 150 rs so my salary after completing training will be 30, 500 +9, 150 = 39, 650 rs (So i think there math skill were bad) and is also onther point which increased my suspicions, i paid them on 3 july 2020 at 4 :40 pm on the very next day asap i visited to my home branch and i filed a dispute, for the amount i paid (2, 650 rs) in that confirmation letter they demanded 10, 600 rs more for security deposit. I didn't pay this amount. On 4 july 2020 after i file dispute wihin 24 hrs, and i confronted those fraud to pay my money back 2, 650 rs, first they were very calm, they acted like they dont know anything, but when i mentioned those points like the mail i received is gmail.com, not from goindigo.com (As an hr of indigo airline he should use the official email instead he used a gmail.com. And he also send the second mail from protonmail.com which is mostly used by fraud, he send me the confirmation, letter from this mail. So when i told her this, she started using abusive language and she confessed that she is from fraud from, i m not they only one who she is cheating, she told me not to call, she has to scam others and she dont have tym to waste on me, i get angry she transferred her call to aisha she is also her partner in this crime, she told me that i will get the amount refund in 60 days, i have all the recordings from the very first call i received. But i know they wont refund the money, so now i got to know how this whole fraud network works, my presence of mind saved me from lossing a big amount, i only loose 2, 650 rs which i want refund, i also filed a dispute in bank with in 24 hrs, i hope i get the money, i will not give my single penny to this fraud, plz help to get my money back. This fraud firms are calling me from delhi ncr and when i asked them where they are calling from they said gurgaon, head office of indigo airline

Hi i have received the email regarding my cv getting shortlisted for interview in indigo airlines in mumbai. They asked me to pay 2500 rs for registration fees on 1st july 2020 i paid, than again they asked for 7900as a security deposit and it will refundable in salary, so already i paid this 2 amount and again they are asking me you have to pay 25% of your salary, and this is for salary security purpose and mine salary they told 42, 500 for ticketing executive and also i received confirmation letter.

I have seen the ad of indigo airlines in olx then i got the no. From there i called them they said ki kl call aayega interview ka or interview agr select hua toh 2050 dene hoge agr ni hu toh n denge hoge...i said okk then next morning around 11:30 i got call from interview team the took my interview and said i got selected as computer operator but i nees to submit 2050 for appointment letter amd they have given m confirmation letter i asked thm to lower the price they said u haveto pay 1000 its our company policy. I submitted thm the 1000 rs and the they stop replying to my msg

We had booked the flight on 26th feb 2020 from kolkata to guwahati to do the journey on 24th may 2020 the flight tickets amount is rs 17910/- booking pnr is yekqhl. As per the government of india rules indigo flight authority has to refund the whole amount to the commuters because of covid 19. However now without our permission indigo flight authority has deducted an amount rs 12300/- as cancellation charges. The flight booking made for 6 members including 1 senior citizen and 1 children of less than 5 years. Kindly take necessary action against indigo flight authority and help us to get the full refund amount rs. 17910/-.

I have booked a ticket of Indigo airlines on[protected] with Goibibo from Hyderabad to Varanasi but due to some personal problem i have dropped my plan for journey so that i have cancelled the ticket on[protected] with direct indigo airlines. I have done the payment with my credit card. But at this time i can't receive my refund amount. I have also tried to call the helpline no. Of both (Goibibo and Indigo airlines) but its not reachable. I have also chat with indigo help care then they told me they have sent the refund amount to goibibo and then i have chat with goibibo help care then they told me that they don't know about it. So again i chat with indigo airline then they told me that they refund the amount 2069.00 to goibibo against reference no.[protected]. But goibibo did not refund my amount.

Therefore it is requested you to plz decide who will be return my refund amount. I have to pay the credit card payment which last date is[protected]. So that please return my refund before[protected].

Due to unsuitable of connected flight i have cancelled the pnr no-kqll7b. But only rs-550/- have been refunded

I got a message today from br-alerts. It said that :your resume has been selected by company" and a link was given.
Just like airasia fake job alert, this too is a fake one. It is a trap. They asks for refundable security deposits. They keep on changing the name of their hr, and comes up with a new contact number. This time, the name of hr is mr. Praveen alandkar, (+[protected]) and asked for security deposit of rs 9900. It is basically a racket and do not fall in this trap. There are no such interviews which are carried on in real life. Hope indigo will take necessary action.

I received an sms regarding airport jobs on my phone.in that sms all the description as well as contact person's phn no. Was given. I called on that number. There was one guy named Neeraj jain who picked up the phone and explained me about recruitment process. He gave me the mail id of indigo hr and told me to submit my documents on that id. Next day i submitted it, after few hours i received one confirmation mail by indigo stating that your documents are selected for interview. You have to pay 2000 for the reference id and interview question-answer sheet. I deposited money in the a/c which was given to me by Jagdish Gwal.in the evening one lady from indigo took my telephonic interview.
Next day i received call from verification dept of indigo, and told me to deposit 6500 (Refundable) for the document verification. I again deposit that money in the same a/c which was given by Jagdish Gwal.in the evening i received offer letter from indigo. Next day Neeraj jain again called me and told to deposit again 8500 rs (Refundable) for the Indigo airport uniforms security deposit.and fews days next call and told him tha accomodation security charges pd for 20500 rs (Refundable) I again deposit that money and the next day's Neeraj jain told him the American Express current a/c opening as a security deposit... I already deposited.Should i deposit again 25000 or is it fake?? Plz help me...

Indigo airlines — no refund of flight charges during covid 19

We had booked the flight on feb 2020 from pune to chandigarg & return journey to do the journey on april 20, 2020 the flight tickets amount is 36436/- booking pnr is gew9pi & qkdesw. Another pnr is kgnhys & vmhunq with amount of 23930/-.
As per the government of india rules indigo flight authority has to refund the whole amount to the commuters because of covid 19. However now without our permission indigo flight authority has decided to give the credit shell (Credit note) amount rs 1000 less than the actual booking value if much more than this. The flight booking made for 7 members including 4 senior citizen and 2 children less than 10 years. And we have to made the journey within 1 year from date of initial journey day as per there instructions. That means we have to do the journey with in april 2021 after paying the difference ticket amount charged during that day. We are not interested to do the journey another 2 years but indigo flight authority is not refund the whole booking amount to our account. Kindly take necessary action against indigo flight authority and help us to get the full refund amount rs. 60366/- including interest from feb 2020.

Also getting diffrent answer at a time from support team which mis guiding us.
