I was booked flight from nagpur to bangalore with travel date 10 april 2020 and bangalore to nagpur with travel date 15 april 2020. But due to lock down flight was cancelled. But they have not refund full amount. When i initiated the refund request, they told you are not eligible for refund. I want full refund amount of my booking. I request you to help me.

Tkt cancelled on 31-01-20 asking for refund since then but only reply i get is that they have processed the refund. As of 05-05-20 i have not received any refund. They are not providing any refund document or any arn no. refund my money

Dear indian consumer forum,
Indigo is not refunding my money to my bank account from where i have done the payments. I have contacted several times, but after one and a half months also, they are yet to refund my money. I am a girl with limited income. Kindly help me to get my refund.

Booking date- 30/03/2020

It is cancelled due to covid 19 pandemic. As per DGCA refund guidelines, i should get complete refund of 3367 INR, but i have received only 2786 INR only.

Pl resolve the issue at the earliest....

Hi team, on friday (20th mar) i tried to book tickets (Ref number:xktnxj) in the flight (6e-411) scheduled for mar 22nd.
It clearly stated "hold cancelled" and my tickets got cancelled.
Meanwhile my account was debited with rs 12, 221.

After that, i went ahead and booked another ticket in the same flight (Pnr:sjr1qz).

Please let me know how to get the refund. Now i see that the cancelled ticket...

I had booked a flight tic on 11.11.2019 with a travel date of 04.5.2020 The tic costed me Rs 3938/- due to lock down the airline had refunded me Rs.3688/- to my Credit Shell.

full amount not in credit shell

I have booked a flight through paytm on 19 th april for the journey on 04th may assuming that the lockdown ends.
Why would they not refund the money instead? This is a cheap and unprofessional business trick that indigo is putting money in the credit shell. I might not get the flight for the same cost another day. Also, they have only refunded the ticket amount but not the processing fee.

not refunding cash for tickets booked during corona lockdown

We have mailed to indigo customer care, nodal officers and also to appellate authority to provide cash refund. And credit shell will not be of any use to us since we are not frequent travellers who can make use of credit shell.

We have clearly told them we need money back to meet our financial needs still they are not ready to refund the cash.

Hi,
I have booked flight from amazon and the date of journey is 10th april.
But due to lockdown, the tickets got cancelled.
And according to government policy i should get the total refund but indigo has charged the airline cancellation charges and refund just a small amount.

We are trying to follow up indigo customer care and it's more than 8 mail conversation.

We are clearly stating them we are not frequent travellers who can benefit from credit shell which indigo is providing and we wanted to travel only during those dates tickets have been booked.

We have paid the tickets through credit card. Interest against credit card is also increasing. Will indigo take responsibility for...

I have booked the tickets for my younger brothers marriage through make my trip on indigo airlines (Reference pnr:ag9grc, booking id: nf[protected]), but since airlines are only providing credit shell options, but these will not help in the current pandemic situations. I have enquired through mail but the travel agents claim airlines are not offering the refund.

air ticket amount not refunded for booking during lockdown.

Indigo accepted bookings for travel on 15 Apr 20, without any confirmation about lockdown. The lockdown was extended and now they are not refunding the money. They have created a shell account after deducting Rs 259 as convenience fees. I dont want to travel by indigo in future and hence want my full refund if rs 5333....

This is with reference to the flight pnr number plwehd, niqpxm and ppqn7e, dw2sfh.

We have dropped around 4- 5 mails to indigo customer care mentioning because of corona pandemic lock down flights are cancelled d and asked indigo to refund the money we have paid for flight tickets.

We have clearly explained we wanted to travel only on the specific dates we have booked tickets and we are not frequent air travellers...

Am deepa jolly vadakkumpadam b ooked flight from malta to cochi and payed 49500 indian money. Thereafter the corona incidence came and i cancelled my flight and they took half of the money from me. They are going to refund only 17624 indian money and this is redicules act infront of me. If they are not going to refund my half of the money i will put forward with police complaint...
