I had booked a flight (Pnr - yq6ckh) for the month of june, 2020 but due to rapidly changing rules due to covid flight timings were changed so i had to cancel the flight and indigo sent me some document confirming the cancellation as credit note which i can use for another 1 year.

Now when i am trying to use it for booking another indigo flight, indigo portal is not accepting it siting some weird reasons which doesn't seems appropriate.

Raised request also with indigo customer relations but no proper solution given.

I got a message from QP-RSHINE that your CV has been shortlisted for Indigo Airlines and contact /call to Saloni [protected]@ [protected].I called her and she asked me to submit documents(resume, id proof, photo & marksheet) @indigo.[protected]@gmail.com and a selection fee rs.1250(refundable).I submit the documents and paid required fee.Later I received a call from Anjali Saha for tele-interview and I complete the same.Then I received an offer later of indigo airlines providing me a job offer from saying that i got selected for a job as a Store Manager and an initial training programme has to be complete. Offer later has given all term and condition and package .It aying that joining later will receive shortly.I have to come with joining and offer later at the time of traing.I did follow-up with Anjali Saha for joining later and today I received a call from miss Chauhan was asked to pay an amount Rs.4650 (refundable)for laptop.I refuged to pay and told her that I have laptop but call disconnected.

And tried to call Saloni Sharma but unsuccced.Later when i went through other people's experiences online regarding airport job calls that i realized im being trapped. I've transferred a total amount of Rs.1250 after which i realised this is a fraud.

I have shared my i'd proof and passport size photo and i transferred an amount of 21562 rupees to his account.

I received a job application recently with registration protocols claiming 9, 900 as deposit to enroll myself and then only i can be selected for further interview. Three things aroused in my mind, 1: personally i didnt apply in indigo airlines. But the hr said he found my cv on naukri.com (Which is sort of acceptable) 2: my name was no where addressed in the job letter.
(Still okay considering n number of candidates)
3: i never heard about an interview happening with certain money deposits prior (With time demand).
Help me in drawing a conclusion.

I have done a booking under the group booking section of the airlines. But instead of refunding my money the airlines has stopped responding to my e-mails.
E-mails is showing as only way to contact them and the consumer help is not properly addressing the issue

Mhkfhp is pnr no, have booked an indigo fight ticket wrongly on 26 may, 2020 using agent flipkart but realising it immediately i cancelled it from my side on same day within 2 hours after booking and final cancellation was done from indigo side next day on 27 may 2020. Even i have tried to inform this concern to indigo customer support right away on same day 26th may after cancellation but nobody picked the call even after being on long hold around one hour.

As per the dgc policy, i must get complete refund of 3239 amount paid but indigo refunded 571 inr only to the agent flipkart.

When i have raised it with indigo, they are saying 571 is only applicable refund amount.

Kindly help and save me from this cheating/fraud.

My siblings booked a flight from mumbai to manipur for today i. E 16/06/2020 however when they went to the airport they were informed that the flight will stop at guwahati and that is city which we are not
Familiar and have no one there, they were not informed any of this in advance, so my siblings asked to reschedule the flight however was denied and were not given any other options. Refund was impossible. So my siblings has no choice but to board the plane. Right now as i write this they are stuck at guwahati airport waiting for an overpriced bus service which may or not come. Being stuck inside the airport soon to be kicked out of the airport because they had been waiting for the bus for a couple of hours now. Indigo needs to take responsibility because when we book and paid for the flight contract was made and that indigo have to reach the destination which the customers paid for. I tried contacting their customer service twice but they disconnected my call in between. We chose to fly as we believed that would be the safest but that was all for naught because they will be traveling from guwahati to manipur. We are out of pocket we used what little money we have to go back home as we don't even know how long we are going to be working. I am now constantly worried that something might happen to them. I would like indigo to take full responsibility and refund the money we paid the service which indigo failed to deliver. I want the ceo to apologize to all the people who were caught up in this and be compensated. I will never stop untill i get the resolution that we deserve.

After registering in Shine website, I received a call informing that, your cv has been selected for Ground staff at Indigo Airlines and told that, I will receive a mail from Indigo, I have pasted the mail as it is.
And they asked to pay 2600 and said that it is refundable, I paid and cleared online text, on the next day, again I received a mail asking asking for 6600 for document verification

After collecting money, again for document verification they are asking 6600 more. when I denied paying amount, they called and asking money.
I asked for the refund, they were so rude and said that, they wont be paying any money back,

after sometimes they called back and he was like, if you want your refund amount, then you need to pay challan fee of 500.

This so bad that, they are looting people on the name of jobs.playing with them openly

I have applied for indigo airlines, through twitter, and was asked to pay 2500 inr as registration fee and then was asked to pay for verification. I was provided the account details as

After getting selected through telephonic interview. Now i have...

I was provided this opportunity for job offer for assistant manager and i was asked money for various purposes. I was asked inr 1750 for registration purpose which i gave, then i was asked for 6200 for documents verification purpose which also i gave. But then they asked for 14000 inr for interview entrance which i refused as i felt cheated as nobody does asks for this much amount just for an interview. Mr. Gaurav sharma the asst hr for indigo airlines had coordinated all this. When i asked for my money back, i was refused saying it cannot be returned whereas earlier it was refundable. I request you to please look into this cheat act and take a strict action against mr. Gaurav sharma and have my money refunded.

These tickets were bought on 19th may for a flight on 4th june and were all along confirmed flights by indigo.
On 30th may indigo writes to inform that the flight is cancelled. The booking breakdown total in the itinerary was stated as 46, 624 inr, but after they cancelled the flight they stated the value is now 34, 624 inr in a credit shell. I have no reason to hold any credit shell with indigo. I want my refund and am not given any option to pursue it except a phone number which is either not answered or cuts off as soon as you start talking to some one. Really sad to be treated this way. I have bought a repatriation flight ticket to return to the uk.
If there is decency in business, it is to be seen by how some companies are allowed to take advantage of people, especially vulnerable ones.

I had booked a flight from mangalore to mumbai with pnr: lf3rgi which got cancelled, the asked me to re-schedule or cancel the flight but apparently the re-schedule option was not available so i had to cancel the flight.
They cancelled it and didn;t provode any refund, it was not i who had cancelled it, it was them.
