Hello indigo team,
I had 02 booking with pnr# hwvfgh & cfe2jf from bhopal to mumbai for 01st of june and the flight got cancelled due to covid with the msg received in below mail.

I want to travel now but indigo do not have any flight now showing for bho to bom and now i want to book with other airlines hence need refund. Indigo chat support executive is suggesting me to create the credit shell of this refund which can only be used on same passenger's name and within 01 year but i do not fly so frequent and currently forced to flight by other airlines because indigo is not operating between bhopal to mumbai.

Please urgently help in arranging the full refund.

    I wanted to book a flight from indigo from kochi to indore. Thus following the most genuine procedure, i went to indigo airlines official website (https://www.goindigo.in), selected the details and payed the amount of rs. 5736 for a seat in flight number 6e-7262 (Atr).

    But to my surprise, no ticket was booked but the amount was debited. Neither have i received any receipt. The screenshot of same has been attached. And i have tried every number available on internet to contact them but no one receives the call. I have been kept waiting for as long as 20minutes over call, but all goes in vain.

    Please resolve my concern.

          I have booked my indigo ticket journey from guwahati to dehradun on 02.04.2020 vide pnr no. Yk8khj, name manish joshi, but due to world wide lockdown my indigo flight ticket was cancelled by the indigo and intimated to me that the cancellation amount will be credited in my credit shell. Now, i want book my indigo ticket, but ticket cancellation amount is not being shown in credit shell. Hence, it is requested to credit my cancellation ticket amount in my credit shell so that i can book my indigo flight tick please.

            Dear sir,
            Yesterday and day before yesterday that is on (29/5/20)& on (30/5/20)
            I booked tickets from (https://www.goindigo.in/web-check-in.html)
            Website. And the sit number was 25-d but till now no seat has been allotted to me therefore i request the concern authorities to refund back my full (Rs 300) money. The transaction id given by them were - (04dbb7e286f[protected]) and for second transaction was -
            (4898831e56c[protected]). I even tried to contact the customer care number but no one was responding.

              Hi,
              I booked the flight from indigo from Mumbai to Jaipur for 1st June (PNR: OH2SRS). It got cancelled and customer care told that they will give indigo cash which can be used within 1 year. But I am need money to my back account because I have other operational flights options as indigo doesn't have any direct option.
              I am travelling with my kids and I have to travel on urgent basis.
              I want indigo to refund money to my bank account so that I can travel with other flights which is available.
              Please refund money to bank account as indigo cash is useless to me at this situation.

              Hi Sir/Madam,
              Indigo service has returned only 1800 rs to my bank account. Could you please reply the status of my return. I did not get any initiated mail for entire amount. neither I am able to see anything on website log. This is like leave me in lurch. Thanks.

                Ticket is not booked but amount is deducted and showing payment status pending

                Hi,
                Today dated 31/05/2020, I have booked ticket from Visakhapatnam to Bangalore on 15th June 2020. Amount is deducted from my Icici account but ticket is not booked. I talked with indigo agent and they gave me pnr no. - OMQE5N. I logged into that pnr and it again asked me to pay 391/- to confirm ticket. I paid 391/- but again my ticket is not confirmed. I would like to know when my amount 10, 116/- is going to refund back....

                My pnr was fdhvrl and i have booked my ticket to travel on 27 march 2020, but it got cancelled and i applied for refund on 31 mar 2020.
                I already have contact the customer support twice for refund (On 31 march and 4 may 2020), but still i didn't get any refund.

                Every time i contact their customer support they are making fool of me and saying they will process the refund with in a week.

                One more thing they are deducting 500 convenience fee for no reason.

                I have never seen such a worst customer service like indigo where i am not getting any resolution from last 2 months.

                I am attaching some snips.

                I have booked another ticket through flipkart and i got the refund with out any hassle.

                I have tried so many times to reach indigo customer care from last 2 days but their chat bot is so pathetic which is of no use and the customer service no is also not responding .

                  Dear sir/madam

                  Refer to the above pnr no dd7z8y. Iwould like to inform you that i had a flight with pnr no awhgph on may 23rd 2020 which was cancelled from your end and my return ticket is on june 2nd 2020 with pnr no dd7z8y which is not yet cancelled from your end and status of the flight is showing confirm. I would like to inform you when i am still at ahmedabad how would i be able to board the flight from hyderabad.

                  Kindly cancel my booking from your end and refund the amount to my makemytrip wallet through which the booking was done

                    Yesterday dated 29/05/2020 i have booked flight from bom to goa amount was debited from my bank amount later i got mailed regarding payment status pending. When will i get my amount refund?
                    I got message that we are holding a pnr hf4n7f. Kindly let me know when my amount will be credited to my bank account.

                      I booked my ticket through make my trip for 31st may and first they postponed it to 1st june and few days later they cancelled the ticket, gave credit shell, which i was unable to use for next booking, because they had given that to makemytrip and there was no update or response for makemytrip. I had already insured the flight by paying additional insurance amount along with the booking amount. So according to that for trip cancellation i am insured a sum o[censored]pto 25k, but make my trip did not refund, rather they are saying they only received credit shell and i can use that within a year. No credit shell was reflected in my account. Kindly help me get the refund directly in my bank account as the credit shell is useless for me, because i already had to book another ticket from different airline.

                            My brother booked a non stop flight rk1pwz
                            However the flights were changed adding a layover at banglore, which due to weather issues changed to chennai.
                            So it was hyderabad — chennai — banglore — bbsr
                            But the flight delayed and he missed the bangalore flight to bbsr.
                            They are suggesting to catch flight to vishakapatnam nd proceed from their to bbsr bearing the charges further otherwise to wait till next day 6pm. Its an emergency to reach on time still no facility or immediate assistance being given.

                              I received an email regarding airport jobs on my mail id.in that email all the description as well as contact person's phn no. Was given. I called on that number. There was one madam named anamika who picked up the phone and explained me about recruitment process. He gave me the mail id of indigo hr and told me to submit my documents on that id. Next day i submitted it, after few hours i received one confirmation mail by indigo stating that your documents are selected for interview. You have to pay 2100 for the reference id and interview question-answer sheet. I deposited money in the a/c which was given to me by anamika.in the evening one sir from indigo took my telephonic interview.
                              Next day i received call from verification dept of indigo, guy named shweta told me to deposit 7900 (Refundable) for the ctc certifictr. I again deposit that money in the same a/c which was given by anamika.in the evening i received offer letter from indigo. Next day shweta madam again called me and told to deposit again 10000 rs (Refundable in the salary of 3rd month) for the job traning
                              As a security deposit... I already deposited 10, 000 rs (2500+7500).. Should i deposit again 10, 000 or is it fake?? Plz help me..

                                I tried to book ticket from ur indigo app trivandrum to hyderabad on 03 jun but amount is debited from my account through Google pay and it shows payment failed and no confirmation received from ur side
                                After that I chatted with ur customer service and she said refund will be process under 7 days so I again booked same journey for 4 jun and it confirmed.
                                Then yesterday I got ur messege for confirmation of 03 ticket
                                And I want to cancel 3 jun ticket and refund the full amount
                                03 jun pnr is FJJL8G
                                04 JUN PNR IS SMH24A
                                So I want to cancel 3 jun journey and full amount refund

                                  Sir i have got a call and they said u are selected for the visaa collector job and u have to pay 1600 i have trusted them and i have se ded him the money the other day he called me and taken the interview and after 1 hour he said i was selected for that job then i said okay he have sended me some mails which tells i was selected and at 3clock he called me and said u are selected so u have to pay 8000for the uninform and i'd, i said i don't have that much money give me aome time i will send you bolke bolim uskaa un hone bolaa ki no mam we can't wait for you i will give you 30mints send me the money i will send you the oppoyint ment leeter with in 3to4days so i said my brother about this matter and he talked to him and finnaly he cutted our call we find him as a fraud and blocked my number and not lifting my call and not answering 😠😠 why can't you take any action on him

                                    Hello Team,

                                    This is Apurba Ghosh and I have 2 PNR with Indigo from Goibibo.
                                    First PNR is WHDF9P, Journey date was: 30th May 2020 from CCU to IXZ, thats already cancelled from their end automatically and credit shell enabled on the same. That suppose to be FULL REFUND at my original payment source(Credi card/Bank). That's not accepted.

                                    And also problem is with another PNR : FF7PK, Journey date was: 5th June 2020 from IXZ to CCU, You can see that as they cancelled 30th May 2020 Journey from CCU to IXZ so how we will use return journey? It's a common sence So you should automatically cancel the PNR: FF7PK and get REFUND to me. But they are not taking this seriously.

                                    NOTE: If Goindigo unable to do that then I need to take CONSUMER LEGAL action on the same. As you have automatically cancelled the PNR WHDF9P(Dated. 30th May 2020), but still not received REFUND on the same. You suppose to REFUND as the flight has been cancelled from your end but you have enabled Credit Shell, WHY I WILL ACCEPT THE SAME?

                                    So I have to take LEGAL ACTION, IF I NOT RECEIVE FULL REFUND for my both PNR.
