Hello Team,

This is Apurba Ghosh and I have 2 PNR with Indigo from Goibibo.
First PNR is WHDF9P, Journey date was: 30th May 2020 from CCU to IXZ, thats already cancelled from their end automatically and credit shell enabled on the same. That suppose to be FULL REFUND at my original payment source(Credi card/Bank). That's not accepted.

And also problem is with another PNR : FF7PK, Journey date was: 5th June 2020 from IXZ to CCU, You can see that as they cancelled 30th May 2020 Journey from CCU to IXZ so how we will use return journey? It's a common sence So you should automatically cancel the PNR: FF7PK and get REFUND to me. But they are not taking this seriously.

NOTE: If Goindigo unable to do that then I need to take CONSUMER LEGAL action on the same. As you have automatically cancelled the PNR WHDF9P(Dated. 30th May 2020), but still not received REFUND on the same. You suppose to REFUND as the flight has been cancelled from your end but you have enabled Credit Shell, WHY I WILL ACCEPT THE SAME?

So I have to take LEGAL ACTION, IF I NOT RECEIVE FULL REFUND for my both PNR.

    Sub: flight schedule without any prior information
    Team,
    I booked the flight on 23 march 2020, in morning time, my flight date on 24th march 2020, chennai to patna flight time from chennai to hydrabad 16:20 pm and from hydrabad to patna flight time 19:40 but airline changes the timing of hydrabad to patna 17:30, and we recive the information through message in easly morning, after that we reached the airport morning 9’ o clock, we requested for them are other flight from chennai to hydrabad, indigo people they are telling we don’t have seat vacant in any flight we booked ticket, indigo staff they told me i cancelled the ticket you will get full refund on your account, so we agreed they cancelled my flight, they clearly told me we refund the amount in your account, now the credited amount in indigo credit shell, we can’t use the credit shell now, we can’t able to place the booking, so i requested to airlines and make my trip to refund my amount in my account. Indigo assistant they cheated us.

      Yesterday i received an call regarding airport jobs from quikr.com on my phone.in that call all the description as well as contact person's phn no. [protected]. There was one guy called me i just picked up the phone and explained about me recruitment process. He mailed me the mail id "[protected]@rediffmail.com" of indigo hr and told me to submit my documents on that id. Next 5 mins i submitted it, after 5 mins i received one confirmation mail by indigo stating that your documents are selected for interview. You have to pay rs.750 (Refundable) for the application form for indian semi government id and interview question-answer sheet. I deposited money in the a/c which was given to me by

      In the afternoon from indigo took my telephonic interview.
      Next 10 mins he called said you are excellent and genuine answered for all questions and received call from verification dept of indigo, he told me to deposit 2100 (Refundable) for the face to face interview fees. I didn't answer i'm so silent after i said i don't have money right now i'll arrange this amount give me time to deposit that money in the same a/c which was given. Then i'm trying to to arrange but i can't arrange because due to corona block down nobody helped me so i'm searching about this job it's fake or real and i saw so many fraud calls and mails complaints from candidates same like me. I already deposited 750 rs should i deposit again 2100 or is it fake?? Plz help me...

        I had booked a flight from bombay - vijayawada on 26th may 2020
        The flight got canceled and these airlines are not refunding my money
        And they say create a credit shell account that can be used further.
        But the page for creating a credit shell amount also doesn't work now.
        And guess what... There are no airlines further from bombay to vijayawada. So how do i proceed with the credit shell amount if created as there are no flights available?

              I am trying for quite few days to get solutions for my issues related to cancelled flights. The issue is stated below:

              I have booked (Rather rescheduled) a pnr – zm9cvt (Indigo), booked through goibibo which was initially scheduled for[protected] but rescheduled to[protected] along with the pnr – pet3uy (Indigo).

              When the credit information on the cancelled flight against the pnr - zm9cvt is tried in the portal: https://www.goibibo.com/know-your-credit-shell/ error is displayed as follows;

              There is no credit shell against the details entered. Please recheck the details entered. You can enter the pnr for bookings made on goibibo only.

              When chat is initiated i am not provided any reply for long. When i am not getting any response from the agent i am approaching you.

              Please look into to solve and give credit of the amount paid against the booking.

                Dear sir, i have purchased an indigo airline ticket from amazon pay via cleartrip to travel on 7th may 2020 from kolkata to mumbai. But i could not travel on this date as the flight was cancelled due to covid-19 spread. Indigo airlines, instead of providing the full refund of the amount collected for the tickets, are providing a credit shell, valid up to one year, which is in clear violation of the civil aviation requirement of may 2008 issued by the dgca. But now i can't utilize my credit shell amout for other date., indigo said this is third party booking so the agent is help for you but the agent (Amazon cleartrip) did not any help me. Then again i booked a new ticket from indigo app on 21 may 2020 via my credit card but unfortunately my money is deducted but i did not get my ticket. So i kindly request you to do the necessary arrangement of my ticket from indigo airlines at your earliest possible convenience. Please note

                              I was booking my flight from mumbai to kanpur through the indigo (Android) app but during the online payment the sum of rs. 7341/- using google pay ticket booked in the name of aman ali deducted from my bank (Icici) but the ticket was not generated.

                              Till date no sms nor any mail received for this.

                                Hii i also got a call from man power group regarding job openings at indigo airlines. First she said me to give 2000 for registration. I also paid 2000. Then she told me that your registration is done and i will fix your interview. On the same day she connected to one person he took my interview through telephone. After my interview then after 1 day she told me that you are qualified the interview. Again she told me to give your certificate and also give 5500 amount for certificate verification process. Am also paid 5500 for that. Then after 5 days gone she calls me and told me to deposit an amount of 13475 for security money and your joining date will be this. Am also ask him security money for what? She told me that company will take that amount from as security purpose that you have not leave the company for minimum 6 months. And she also told me that all these amount will be refunded to you in your salary. Here i upload that letter which i got from them. So kindly check it once whether it is true or false.
