I had booked a flight from bombay - vijayawada on 26th may 2020
The flight got canceled and these airlines are not refunding my money
And they say create a credit shell account that can be used further.
But the page for creating a credit shell amount also doesn't work now.
And guess what... There are no airlines further from bombay to vijayawada. So how do i proceed with the credit shell amount if created as there are no flights available?

    Please can you please transfer payment to indian account
    It’s not our mistake cancel flight and you people didn’t take any conformation from customer before booking

    It is very worst service with money
    Why are you keeping money with you who gave rights to you

    If we cancel service you have a right to take our money
    You provided us fake booking dates and after booking without our confirmation cancelled it is also fine

    By what based you are keeping our money with you

    Try to return money change your rules please

      I booked indigo flight ticket but payment deducted from my account but still ticket not confirmed.
      Payment not received by airlines, but cc avenue mail received regarding payment successful.
      Sir either refund my payment so i will book flight again or contact to indigo for making payment to airlines

        Sir / madam,

        I am trying for quite few days to get solutions for my issues related to cancelled flights. The issue is stated below:

        I have booked (Rather rescheduled) a pnr – zm9cvt (Indigo), booked through goibibo which was initially scheduled for[protected] but rescheduled to[protected] along with the pnr – pet3uy (Indigo).

        When the credit information on the cancelled flight against the pnr - zm9cvt is tried in the portal: https://www.goibibo.com/know-your-credit-shell/ error is displayed as follows;

        There is no credit shell against the details entered. Please recheck the details entered. You can enter the pnr for bookings made on goibibo only.

        When chat is initiated i am not provided any reply for long. When i am not getting any response from the agent i am approaching you.

        Please look into to solve and give credit of the amount paid against the booking.

          Dear sir, i have purchased an indigo airline ticket from amazon pay via cleartrip to travel on 7th may 2020 from kolkata to mumbai. But i could not travel on this date as the flight was cancelled due to covid-19 spread. Indigo airlines, instead of providing the full refund of the amount collected for the tickets, are providing a credit shell, valid up to one year, which is in clear violation of the civil aviation requirement of may 2008 issued by the dgca. But now i can't utilize my credit shell amout for other date., indigo said this is third party booking so the agent is help for you but the agent (Amazon cleartrip) did not any help me. Then again i booked a new ticket from indigo app on 21 may 2020 via my credit card but unfortunately my money is deducted but i did not get my ticket. So i kindly request you to do the necessary arrangement of my ticket from indigo airlines at your earliest possible convenience. Please note

              My booking on 12 may but lowdown reason not running any flight and indigo airline issue me credit shall amount of ticket basic amount for 1 year. I am not journey within 1 year. So i am calling indigo airlines and he refuse for refund amount of credit shall.

                The airlines has charged me twice for a single ticket and also has generated two tickets on my name, in the same flight on the same day. When i contact them, there is no response, they are requesting us to contact on facebook and twitter but even after more than 36hrs they aren't responding to the messages

                You can check the date and timing of payment. It is exact same time of both the tickets .. How is it possible for me to make dual payment at the same time..

                        I was booking my flight from mumbai to kanpur through the indigo (Android) app but during the online payment the sum of rs. 7341/- using google pay ticket booked in the name of aman ali deducted from my bank (Icici) but the ticket was not generated.
                        Upi transaction id[protected] to goindigo. [protected]@hdfcbank
                        Transaction dated 21.05.2020.

                        Till date no sms nor any mail received for this.

                        Kindly suggest what should i do.

                          Hii i also got a call from man power group regarding job openings at indigo airlines. First she said me to give 2000 for registration. I also paid 2000. Then she told me that your registration is done and i will fix your interview. On the same day she connected to one person he took my interview through telephone. After my interview then after 1 day she told me that you are qualified the interview. Again she told me to give your certificate and also give 5500 amount for certificate verification process. Am also paid 5500 for that. Then after 5 days gone she calls me and told me to deposit an amount of 13475 for security money and your joining date will be this. Am also ask him security money for what? She told me that company will take that amount from as security purpose that you have not leave the company for minimum 6 months. And she also told me that all these amount will be refunded to you in your salary. Here i upload that letter which i got from them. So kindly check it once whether it is true or false.

                              I booked a ticket on may 20, 2020 but the booking was not confirmed and the amount was deducted from my bank
                              And i did not get any message like (Your money will be credited back if booking is not confirmed

                                  I booked a round trip Indigo flight from Bangalore to Ranchi from Amazon-cleartrip platform. My ongoing flight got cancelled by the airlines due to lockdown but they haven't cancelled my return flight.                                     I have booked a flight tickets from bangalore to penukonda on 24.12.2019 for the date[protected] with pnr bgt* for 5 passengers. I contacted the airlines for refund as lockdown period is on. They replied that the amount is safe in credit shell which is valid for * year and compelled us to travel at later date and if don't want to travel then cancellation charge of rs.* per passenger will be deducted. It means the airlines is compelling us to travel. Please help me to get the amount refund back.
