Respected sir they taken 9600 from me and again they are saying 18550 for uniform so sir what I request u that I want money back 9600 my family is very poor family our income is 10000 per year sir I request u plse give back my money

With above reference pnr bpgm4r from hyderabad to lucknow on 19th august, 2020. I had a worst experience ever with indigo airlines. I am very old customer of indigo airlines. My hand baggage was not allowed to carry as it was trolley bag. Since due to carona conditions, it was informed by baggage counter executive that overhead space is not allowed to use. Therefore, i was charged rs. 3, 000 as excess luggage in check in baggage. When i came in plane i saw that many of the hand baggage were kept in overhead space and crew member allowed to the passenger. It was really surprising and shocking for me as double standards by indigo airlines. I am very old customer to indigo. I can provide snaps of overhead space used for hand baggage. I made a video and snaps to witness. After landing at lucknow airport, i immediately contacted
Ground staff manager mr. Vaibhav and mr. Ankit. The took the snap of my boarding pass and excess baggage charges voucher and accepted and also ensured me that they will register the complaint for the same. But still after 2 days, i did not get any response from indigo customer care. Therefore, i am liable to launch a complaint. Please arrange to refund my excess baggage charges. Please find as per attachment, snaps and video made by me to witness the usage of overhead baggage cabins by the passengers, whereas i was charged rs.3, 000.
Awaiting for your immediate action and refund.

Hello !! My name is Shalu sonkar I applied In quikar for jobs and i got 1st call from this number [protected], For Telephonic interview and registration charge also 1500/. I already submitted in his account, I have a proof . Again i got 2nd Interview call this number [protected],
[protected] this call give me information for online exam,
Aftr all process when completed then this number [protected] call me for other information and security charger 5500/, Then he also gave me the confirmation letter 5 pm for the job.
I have all records, , like call recording, what's app chat, phonepe amount records, , i have all proof, , so I am requested to you, please take a action as soon as possible on fraud calls of Indigo and I want my money back . i requested to Company kindly back my money otherwise i will take legal action and i have all the active numbers Of your Hr . This number [protected] call me for training charge 15000rs, and they said that the entire amount will be refunded, but now they are pretending to return my amount,
Next this number [protected], and this [protected]call me..And said that you have to complete a process, after that your money will be refunded, he said that you will be sent a link of NGO and you will have to donate 50rs.
Then he argued with me and said that he will not give the money back.

My name anishkumar i am booking flight tickets for bangalore to tuticorin jun 22 for connecting flights for bangalore to chennai and chennai to tuticorin. Covid 19 problem first flight is 6e 6269 cancelled so i can't travel for chennai to tuticorin so me cancelled 6e 7185. Cancelled date 18 jun but not for the refund amount received for till date.

I received a call from indigo airlines gurugram office stating that I have been selected for the post of airticketing. And they have collected the money of about 85k and still asking money. They say they're dispatching the gadgets and uniform with offer and training letters to home address in a week. But I am scared and want to know if it's true or scam. Please help me.

As i have book my flight from jaipur (Indigo 203) to coimbatore (Indigo 6908). Due to e-pass issue i have cancelled my flight. After cancellation its shows me cancellation pending (I booked via ixigo app). And they said they will refund within 7 - 10 working days. After few days they only refunded me 4524 rupees out of 13126 rupees. And also i have paid cancellation fee & insurance fee. They take 8000 rupees as convenience fee😡. And also its corona time so money is important. And also it's a kind of fraud.
So please help me.

Talk to indigo airline your self cv shortlisted for this job (Air ticket executive) they asked money for the interview 2500rs for telephonic call, they call me from naukri.com i think this not a fake call naukri.com is a famous site,
She name is jiya sharma and she's mobile num is [protected] & she's email id is jiya sharma i paid 2500rs for the interview they give me 1 online test then they call me next day telephonic interview. And they ask the money 10500rs for the final round i paid also 10500rs. Now they asking me 35000rs for the verification data.
Please sir refund my money i humble request to you..

I got a mail from indigo that i m hired for the post of back office executive and they are asking 6500 as verification fees 13900 job security fees and 25500 training fees and they said due to covid 19 we are charging these amounts... Sir is this real or fake pls let me know as soon as possible... And the recruiter name is shubham and they are using akash bhatnagar name...

I applied for air ticketing agent at indigo airlines. So i received a call from india job, i was asked to send my resume so i did. After few hours i got a call saying that my resume has been shortened and asked me to send the resume and other documents including passport size photo and addhaar card. After few hours they asked me to deposit rs 1250 before telephonic interview. I got selected in that interview. After few hours i have received a job confirmation letter from thismail ([protected]@gmail.com). Then they are ask me to deposit rs 5700 for documents verification. I pay the amount after successfull payment they told that they not receive that amount in thier account.

I am darshan from hyderabad got a email from indigo airlines and confirmation letter for data entry job from this i have payed 2000 rupees and they have taken my interview but till now they have not given any response.

I got messages from indigo airlines they i approach to them to conform and they told about all information and asked me to pay money for registration amount i payed them later they asked me to pay training fee of 7625 which i cant effort i asked them cancel my letter and asked my money backup but they haven't gave any response to that and lifted my calls those people name vivek roy _, ishmankan chowhan_, and one another person sended my interview feedback letter for that i haven't gave any of my information they send me mail after one call of interview his name is deepak kumar _ so tell me how we can find original company and letter

I received a job offering mail from a mail id - indigo. [protected]@gmail.com for ticketing executive at chennai international airport and requested me to pay inr 2500. I paid it online.

The mail says preeti would be assisting me on this requirement process. Kindly confirm is there some one with this employee id (Aai450564) working under the name of preeti.

Please also confirm do indigo has authorised any people to work with this email id indigo. [protected]@gmail.com

On 24.07.2020 indigo flight from mumbai to kolkata was supposed to fly which i had booked in advance from the ixigo website of rs 5709. The flight was cancelled due to corona. After the cancelled of flight on 19.07.2020 the flight was reschedule to 02.08.2020 where the amount was mentioned as 4492 rs this flight also got cancelled on the 02.08.2020 after that till this date no refund was made.. And after enquiries made to indigo airline they mentioned that they have refund me the amount 2490 rs, which i haven't been able to receive.. I have only received 1092 rs which i received the leftover amount on 27.07.2020 after that there was no refund made of the rest remaining amount 4492 rs. I need the refund as soon as possible. Kindly looki after this matter.

Hello, myself dhannya nair, i have seen an add in quikr as hiring candidates for ground staff in indigo airlines and below was given a number of one ms. Monica singh. I called her up to ask if such jobs are offered and the lady told me to send my cv, adhar card and passport size photo. I send the asked things after that she called me again and told me i will be called foe a telephonic call and then ur post will be decided on ur performance. On sunday i got the telephonic call and my interview was taken by one ridhima she told me i have done good in interview and will call back in 5 mins after having a discussion with hr group for my post. She called me within 15mins and informed me i m selected as air ticketing and sending me the confirmation letter after which ihave to pay a amount of 1550/- as registration medical check up and address verification charges. I told ok. I received the my confirmation email and the mail id from which i received the email i m attaching herewith. Kindly help me if it's original or fake.

I got a sms that your cv is selected for indigo airlines ground staff call hr rahul sharma. They ask for rs.2, 500 for filling up the forms and again they ask another rs.4500 before the interview. They again demand more money for creating salary account, employee id card, del i-pad, punching card. And again they asked amount of rs.12, 800/- for salary account and profile security. They also said your total amount will be refundable after the documentation. But they are not paying it back.
