I have journey indigo flight kolkata to agartala date is 10 feb 2020 flight pnr num is aj3zkw .when i m receive agartala and wait for my laggage my laggage full damage then i contact to indigo office and thy r agree this foult r there, and dammage amout credit my account but till now they r not send my damage money. and manny time i have go to indigo office but they r not respone this metter. please help me this peoblem

    I am tanushyam chandra, booked return flight pnr: dhzjtp, four passenger. It's a business perpous tour thats why i mention gst number.in 3 out of 4 passenger are foreigner. On the date of booking i mean 15th february coronavirious effect not arrise. But now all of a sudden all borders are closed for 15th april. So what is our foult? Kindly refund me as much as you can

      We are us citizen and we were travelling from 21/03/2020 - 12/04/2020. We had 2 separate domestic tickets booked with indigo airlines to travel within india. Because of attached india's travel advisories which cancelled our visas to travel to india and we cannot use our booked domestic tickets.
      When i called indigo airlines they charged cancellation charges and did not gave us full refund. Indigo deduct almost 80% of the fare paid.

        pnr not generated

        The transaction is completed but pnr and ticket not generated!!! I tried to book the ticket using indigo app itself. After the payment option appeared, i did the same using google pay! It makes no sense because when was redirected to the indigo app, it hung up and didn't show any response!! However, the transaction was completed and the entire amount was debited but no ticket or pnr was generated. I tried calling the customer care but nobody...

        My name is nanda kishor v. I was travelling from mumbai to kochi on 13th march 2020 in flight number 6e-5396 which starts from mumbai at 9.20 pm and reaches at kochi at 11.30 pm. The flight was delayed and reached kochi airport at 12.00 am. I forgot my power bank - anker (15600 mah) while de-boarding from the flight. My pnr number was ice8wb and seat number was 21a. I forgot it at 21a/b. Please help me to recover the same. Indigo officials are not responding for my calls.

          I have booked a flight ticket in indigo airline from shj to trv travel date 16-march 2020 pnr qkjw5t.

          Today 13-march 2020 i have received an email from indigo airline, that the flight is canceled for 16th march please proceed for cancel and claim full refund.

          I followed the procedure mentioned in the email but instead of full refund they charged me convenience charge aed 21 and no competition also was made

          Kindly look into this matter

          This was the reply from indigo this not right. I didn’t cancel my ticket it was the airline cancel the flight am not asking for a compensation I understand the situation but they should refund full amount

            I need to cancel my flight with full refund as i am diagnosed with sore throat and cold and when covid virus is spreaded all over slowly and since my immunity is also weak i am advised by doctor not to travel atleast for 20 days till i am recovered fully with stamina.

            Also the place where i am planned visit is up whcih is decleared as infected state with covid so no point in going there with such condition of mine.

            I am attaching the report of my prescription. Please check and let me know.

            Note tried a lot at customer care contact but no luck.

              They have send offer letter in which they have charging 25000 inr for training purposes
              Before that for telephonic interview and online test they have charged 21650 inr which is refundable as they told. Is that procedure of indigo airlines for recruitment charging money??

                I have booked return air tickets (For 4 persons) for kolkata to dhaka on 21/02/2020 through m/s indigo (Pnr-rctjyr). Journey date is 14/03/2020 and returning date is 21/03/2020.
                Indian govt. Has cancelled visa on yesterday (12/03/2020) due to precautionary measure of corona disease and subcequently i have cancelled my tickets on yesterday itself.
                Out of rs. 31188.00 only refund is initiated for rs. 16000.00 and rest amount has been deducted.
                Ban on visa is completely beyond my control and i made the cancellation more than 48 hours of journey, hence deduction of rs. 15188.00 is unjustified.

                  I received a mail and call regarding my resume selection in the indigo airlines as maintenance/ ground staff/cabin crew. The hr name was vidhi sharma and nega sharma. Their numbers are: [protected] and [protected]. They asked me to pay 2500/- for the generation of application id which is a refundable amount. As i was desperately in search of a job i didnt know whether the call was real or fake i paid them the amount i am attaching the invoice and the id which was generated. And the letter they sent me. Now they r not responding to my calls msges and mails. Please resolve my complaint. I regret being a fool but am in a great loss of my money. Please resolve as soon as possible.

                    Hi i got a call from direct from indigo airlines they said send me ur profile (Resume and educational documents) i have send it so they called me next day n she said that i have been selected for a ground staff so send me 2600 for telephonic conversation so i have send them then they had called me and they took my interview by telephone conversation and after that they said that there is hr interview so send 6200 in same account that is mr. Devendra kumar account from sbi bank. Then she said that they need my measurements and full address that some madam is going to come with laptop, walkie talkie, and uniform. So credit 9200 in some another account from bank of baroda to mr. Lakhan singh account i have transferred that also but no one has came then she called after 2 day n she send me confirmation letter and she said that credit 32588rs in same account of lakhan singh i have transferred that to she send me a training letter and in they have mentioned i have to credit 48588rs for health, insurance, accommodation, traveling and all so is it fake or genuine please help me.

Since than i have been trying to contact the customer care about the same but there is no response from the customer care the message said to reschedule or cancel the ticket click on the link but that was also not useful.

                            I was traveling from goa to raipur via hydrabad. There was a halt for one hour at hydrabad airport. During the boarding in flight no. 334. I missed my one luggage at coach which was blazer in cover and requested with crew members to allow me to go and collect my luggage but they ensured me that they will manage it and took the luggage to me but they didn't responded till departure. I again contacted to raipur airport in indigo office but staff not cooperated. I have tried to connect with hydrabad indigo staff but didn't got any positive answer. Please suggest what to do??

                              The worst airlines i have come across. I came late due to some problem in my car. I reached 35 minutes before the take off. I requested the indigo people and explained my situation, but from the very start they were adamant about not allowing me in flight and forcing me to buy the next flight ticket worth rupees 22000. I couldn't take that due to my financial problem. While i was talking to them they were ignorant towards my problem. Pathetic service.

However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the gate before 45 mins of flight departure. Sadly, you had reported after closure, hence we were unable to allow you onboard.

                                There were a lot of mosquitoes in the flight 6e-746. As soon as i entered i saw a lot of mosquitoes and i told a member of the cabin crew that. She told me once the ac is on and after take off it'll be home. However, even after take off there were a lot of mosquitoes and on telling it to the cabin crew again, she told me that we have already spayed something before the customers came and we are not allowed to do it in front of the customers. So there is nothing we can do. I had a very very uncomfortable flight and i have mosquitoe bites everywhere. The passenger travelling around were also very uncomfortable. It was a horrible flight journey. It was a night flight and i could not even sleep. I tried capturing it from the phone but it could not be. You could check with the cameras on the flight.

                                  First i got a call from [protected], they told me to pay 2500rs to attend the online test, and the gave me account holder name - indigo airline account no.- [protected]
                                  Ifsc code - fino0001001, since account holder name was indigo airlines i believed and payed the amount and i attended the exam.. Later they told me as i was qualified in first round and later they told me to pay 8600rs for document verification and only if i pay that i will be able to attend the hr interview,, so i payed and attended the hr interview.. After 2 days i got a call from [protected] and they told me as i have been qualified in 2nd round and to receive the appointment letter i have to pay 12600rs for job security.. After paying that they have sent me appointment letter and now they are asking me to pay 22000 to get login id, password, but now i am scared to pay tht amount... I have already paid 21900. They are telling me after paying 22000 my 21900 will be refunded and after 15 days of training my 22000 will be refundable.. Is it true, is it a job process at indigo airlines

                                    First i got a call from [protected]
                                    And they told me to do registration fee of 2500 rs to write online test, then after paying and finishing online test, they told me as i had qualified in first round for further process i have to pay 8600rs for document verification like that i got a call from [protected] after paying 8600rs, i had hr round.. After finishing that.. After 2 days i got a call and they told me to do 12600rs to go appointment letter.. Today i got the appointment letter.. Now again they are telling me to pay 22000 to get login id and password.. Is it true job.. I am really scared now... Please confirm me, whether indigo airlines job procedure is like this..

                                      My boyfriend and I travelled from Bangalore to Tiruchirappalli on the early indigo flight 6E7236 on Sunday 1st of March.

                                      During the boarding of our flight we received the message that one of our bags was picked out by Bangalore airport security and was kept by the airport, due to a lighter that was included in the check-in bag.

                                      At the gate we where asked to give permission to remove the restricted article (lighter) from the registered check-in baggage. We gave permission to remove the lighter and where informed the bag would be send on the following Indigo flight to Tiruchirappalli at 5.30pm that same day.

                                      We received the bag around 7pm and found out that not only the lighter was removed from the bag, but also the wedding sari we bought for the wedding of one of our friends. The complete sari /wedding outfit is stolen from our bag. I’ve included a photo below of the sari as a reference. I’ve also included a photo of the plastic bag the sari was in. The sari was one of a kind and very precious to me. It had a golden top and the sari was pink with thin red and golden glitter lines. It was wrapped in a white plastic bag and included in the top part of the check-in bag that was opened to remove the lighter.

                                      You can imagine this situation has ruined a very important day for me!

                                      This was our first encounter with Indigo and I’m very disappointed in the way our belongings are treated. I’ve found several stories online about stolen luggage during Indigo flights, I hope sincerely that this will not be an addition case to the list of complaints and that you are able to track down my belongings.
